These tamales are excellent. Not made with lard. You steam for 15 minutes and they are perfect. Thin masa layer and good filling

I was impressed from the label that there weren't as many carbs as I was expecting in these. I didn't realize they were so small and we'd have to eat at least 2 for a meal. That makes the carbs add up quickly! I liked the product though. Tasted good and would buy again for an easy meal.

These tamales are quite tasty. Since they're frozen, it's easy to pop them apart to prepare them & put the rest back in the freezer. We like our smothered in a chili sauce & topped with freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese. Serve them with your favorite Mexican side dishes for a great meal.

Well not impressed, if your looking for some formed masa this is your product. Now if your looking for a good tamales keep looking because this aint it! A ton of masa with afew shreds of poorly flavored beef, possibly the worst tamales i have ever had. Dont waste your money

These thin style pork tamales are tasty and an easy meal! I make them in the microwave with 3 very moist paper towels on a plate. The pork tamales on the paper towels and finally I layer 3 more very moist paper towels on top. I pop them in the microwave for about 5 minutes full power for 8-10 tamales...they are perfect, easy and everyone likes them. Top them with your favorite chili, cheese dip or salsa!

Man, I was so stoked for these. The bad looked great, and I thought “why not?” Man, I got home and realized that this was a dozen tamales. The size of the bad is 6 regular sized. I opened the up and they're literally the size of hotdogs or churros. Super skinny. The filling was some type of ground up meat, mixed with something. Honestly, these were the worst tamales I've had in my life. I ate 2 and they the rest away. It was such a disappointment, and they should be forced to change their name. These are bad. They shouldn't be allowed to call themselves “Texas tamale company”. They should be called “meat stuff in masa, but not a tamale”

Please bring these back and if you're able, get some of their other flavors as well. Definitely not cheap but the price was low enough that we would continue buying them. Much too expensive via their website. Everyone loved them. A tiny bit spicy for me but I lived
