walmart customer service team and I tried to contact Angi by phone several times and no response. Angi has $89 I paid to Walmart for assembly services. one hour on the phone trying to reach Angi with no response. I will never sign up for any of angi services. bad customer service. Just refund my $89 dollars.

I bought a sofa and a big screen TV online from Walmart and also paid for their installation service as well. The items arrived, but the installation fellows did not arrive. Why was I charged for installation services, only to be directed to an outside company called Angie, which will charge me even more for installation services? This makes me extremely angry.

The "pro" was three hours late. Instead of getting here at 7:00pm, she came at 10:00 pm. She finished at 1:00 in the morning! I think she was hoping I would re-schedule, but I was doing many renovations and needed the couch to sleep on. I don't think she had assembled this couch before. She followed the printed directions as I would have if I had put the couch together myself. Everything seems fine, but I was not impressed since she was so late and new to this piece of furniture.

Walmart contracts with Angie Angie never suppled an installer. I had to find an installer myself. The is great! I love it. It was easy for my installer to put together. I recommend. The sofa but not the installer from Angie, who never supplied an installer with.

My first appointment was canceled because the person that was supposed to come do it had an emergency. Then the professional was supposed to come out and do it the next day no answer because they use generated numbers. So I called and got a different appointment. Had someone call me at 3:37 PM when my schedule is for 6 PM today? I said you could come at 5 PM then when I called I didn't get an answer. So I look so I looked at my email. I had a cancellation for today to reschedule for Thursday. Come to find out these professionals that they are using our independent contractors so no I will never use Angi again. I don't recommend them if you buy something that need to be put together please please find someone that can do it for you because they will give you the runaround.

The sofa to assemble was due the 9th and Assembly the 11th. But it finally arrived thr 13th. I was told the Assembly date could not be changed so if I wanted my money back I would have to do a refund. So she ptocessed the refund. Then they sent a new date to assemble but I still did not know when it would arrive. Any chance you can cancel the refund and fix the sofa?

he didnt know what he was doing. he xpuldnt finish putting the sofa together. then he said that it defect but that no tru .he was defect .so my daughter had to finish putting the sofa together. i paid for bad service. n a job no done.u should redund me my money..

the quality of the sofa bed I bought at Walmart.com. While the size of the sofa bed is as described, the overall quality is unacceptable. The material feels extremely weak, as if it may break at any time, even with light use. Additionally, the comfort level is very poor—it feels as though one is sleeping directly on the floor. This makes the product unsuitable for its intended purpose.

I was unhappy with this service offered. Maybe I made mistake but I did not understand when checked this service that I would have to set up service with a professional assemblers I thought it would be done when it was delivered. Not the case. I was told Angi was to send someone out but it would be 4 days. My couch was sitting out then it started raining. I did get help getting it in my house. So please if you do order something large and having assembled set it up first so this doesn’t happen to you. Deb u

The Screw that connects the back parts I noticed it was crooked, I call them and asked why is that He said because the holes that provided is the root of crookedness. I was home while he does the installation he didn’t tell me about it , why he needs to continue the installation if you know it’s not on alignment! That’s the reason why even the back cushions are crooked too.. In addition the foot stool cover is not fit to it stool box.
