Couch is very comfortable and the handyman that put it together was very nice! Only took him about an hour to put it together completely and he even asked if there was anything else he could help with. Highly recommended.

Angi pro never came. I tried to contact him through their site as directed by Walmart customer service but I was unsuccessful. Wish me luck getting a refund from Walmart which is where I contracted assembly.

He was supposed to be here at 9. And said he will be a little late and should be here at 10. It’s 10:50 and my toddlers have an appointment. What can we do? Can I get a refund with this furniture assembly and somebody else assemble it for free or some type of discount. I am 100% disabled veteran served for over eleven years in the military as an active duty soldier and can’t even get assistance with assembling a couch.

I have paid for this service when I made my puchase and have not received any communication from "ANGI". My furniture was delivered and I had to pay another service provider to setup my furniture. Walmart does not provide any detail on how to contact ANGI. I need a refund of the payment and have no idea how to contact the company.

I scheduled my sofa to be assembled, and a half hour before they were supposed to arrive, they sent me an email saying that they didn't have anybody to put it together and they would reschedule me for the 26th. I was not about to wait 2 weeks to have my couch put together. So I called to cancel. The gentleman I spoke to said he could have somebody out there by 5:00 p.m. that night. I agreed. Then, a half hour before my appointment, another email stating that they didn't have anybody to put it together. As far as Angi goes, you will get no customer service out of them because you didn't direct book directly through them. Walmart needs to stop recommending them.

If I could give a negative star count it would be negative 100.... The person that was supposed to do my service say that they showed up to my place and I went outside even walk to the parking lot and there was no one there. they also said they completed my service and they didn't do anything. When I called the people they tried calling them several times and the person didn't even answer. they told me the next time I could get somebody for them to reschedule would be for Sunday why does 4 days away Is beyond me but I WOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I'M WAITING ON MY FULL REFUND BECAUSE IF I GET HALF MY REFUND FOR SOMEBODY WHO LIED AND DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THE ACTUAL SERVICE PEOPLE CALLED THEM TO SEE IF THEY COMPLETED THE JOB I'M GOING TO FIND SOME OTHER KIND OF ACTION TO SUE.

The person on the profile is a man and a was a lady showed up at my house to put the item together. The appointment was at 8 pm she showed up at 8:08 saying that it was Ryan's parter... she did her best but I can tell she has not experience in this field... she didn't even have the right tools to work she left at 10:30 pm and had to comeback the day after for 3 more hrs . I noticed that she stripped the screws by forcing them on to the furniture she missed haft of the metal washers that were supposed be put together with the screws when I took a look at the furniture to see why I had the washers left in a bag I noticed she had stripped the screws so I can't even unscrew them to add the washers ... in general the whole thing went wrong !! DO NOT use Angi get a handyman referral from someone you know this service and app. It's NOT worth it... no customer service is available either you never get to talk to any person.

He was a very nice, professional person. He took his shoes off when he came in. I didn’t have to ask him. He was polite. He did his job within about 1/2 hour. He offered to show us how to open and close the sofa bed but we declined. He packed up the boxes nicely and offered to move them to the garage. I would definitely have him back if we need help again.

Please know that this is not a guaranteed service. Angi just puts it out there and anybody IF interested picks it up. So, if nobody picks it up, you are left hanging. I have it two shots and nobody picked it up. So, I just hired a local handyman to do it.
