I paid for the service but it never happened. I got 2 calls and i called back and ask that they call my son and keft his number since i bought it for him. He put it together himself.

The assembly service came out weeks after the furniture was delivered and I myself personally had already assembled the furniture so therefore I need a refund of those $89.99

three times had to reschedule. 4 times no show no call no nothing. never use angi. of your offer assembly then YOU SHOULD DO THE ASSEMBLY. ITEMS STILL IN BOXES ON MY LIVING ROOM UGH

installation was professional. quality of the sofa is very poor, its a large kiddie chair not a sofa. Really hard there are no cushions. Image is totally misleading from what actually arrived to me.

terrible, they scheduled the service 4 days after the parts for the couch arrive… i ended up putting the entire couch together by myself, not worth it in the slightest

They did not show up when they said they would show up. Rescheduled four times and each time rescheduled I would get an email stating the assembly date had been changed. After a month I just cancelled. Still waiting on reimbursement.

Great “starter” sofa until something more durable can be purchased the metal bars limits the amount of time I can still in the sofa before i can feel the metal bars underneath the surface.

Your rating was so low because I didn’t receive my package and I’m still waiting on my refund from your assembly service. Didn’t need anyone because I didn’t receive the item that was going to be shipped.

they lied like i needed someone to put it together with was a lie i wont my money 89.00 back ASAP all u have to do is pull it out the box and it form together itself...

I received the reschedule of the appointment the morning of installation- the reschedule date was past the date I needed the chair set up by. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the appointment and was disappointed when they rescheduled the morning of. I ended up putting it together myself
