I only rated this a 5 because of the worker that came out and assembled the sofa, did an amazing job. HOWEVER! There are some issues with keeping the sofa together. The pullout part seems to come off track often and I have to keep putting it back on. Don’t get me wrong, I love this sofa and it fits perfectly in my living room, it doesn’t feel so sturdy, but I plan to keep it for a short amount of time and just pay more on a better quality instead. But overall the worker was so amazing, very friendly and helpful. I appreciate his hard work assembling the sofa!

While the sofa was a bit lighter than the picture, it’s great. Unless you’re really handy I strongly recommend getting the assembly service. It came in three boxes which I was able to get to my apartment. So obviously it was very tightly packed and in many pieces.

There is no way my wife and I could have put this together. Randy put it together by himself and he said he had put another together the day before. Just so many parts with incredibly general and pictures with very little detail. Better him than me.

Add lemon and lime to Seltzer water that is carbonated for a refreshing drink. I am not an alcohol drinker so this is a refreshing alternative anywhere I go. It’s a little sweet-and-sour mostly tart, but I like it.

Today is the second time that the appointment has been cancelled 1/2 hour before the appointment. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. They have made another appointment for Wednesday, July 1 at 2:00 pm. If this appointment is cancelle3d for a third time, I expect a complete refund for the product and I will post my dissatisfaction with both Angi and Wal-Mart on all of my social media.

I paid for assembly services and never received an email or anything. AI answers and I have to argue with a non human to speak to a real rep. Finally I get a real person and she gave me the same info and still nothing. I will never use Angi, it's my first and last time

sofa didn't get assembled because your skilled pro didn't show up at 9:00 am like you told me! He called me after 9:00 am saying he was on his way! When it was getting close to 10:00 am I texted him to let him know I was not pleased with him being late so I cancelled him! Then I get a knock on the door and I told him I didn't want him to put the sofa together because he has no concerns about me and I am very sick and have business to take care of and I would not let him do what is supposed to be skilled pro work! I want my $89 refunded immediately! Thank you and I will not be ordering nothing else from Walmart that needs a skilled pro!

When the installer called me on the phone to say he was coming to set up my couch, I explained the couch had been canceled but that a second couch was on the way. When I ask him if he was licensed, bonded, and insured, he got very angry with me and very indignant and said nobody had ever asking that question and wanted to know why I was asking. Then he was untruthful about what company he works for as the installer. He told me he didn’t have time to listen to my Customer Service complaints, and he had no intention of ever coming out. Then he hung up on me. I’m unsure as to whether he would be the same installer for the couch that is on its way to me now. If so, he made me fearful to have him in my home because he was so angry. His name is Eric B. You guys need to drop him as a representative of Walmart. He is horrible to deal with.

They never came to my house for what I paid for. I don’t like my refund back and I was not satisfied because they never came. Nobody never called. Nobody never said nothing and I’ll give us a bad review. I would like to talk to customer service concern this matter. it is still in the box. Look like I gotta try to put it together myself. I was not satisfied. .

They NEVER came or Contacted or Assembled. Spent half an hour TRYING to get a refund BUT no success 🙀😡😿 I will NEVER order furniture from Walmart and only have BOXES in my living room. I just got out of 5 months in hospital and wanted comfortable furniture BUT only have a rollator walker to sit on!!!!
