My assembly pro had given me a call letting me know she could come early if I was available, which is something I was hoping would happen!! she had great communication and she was very quick and efficient with her work! I would absolutely get this service again for my big furniture assembly needs!

Guy came a bit late but completed the task in good time %26 he was polite. I used the assembly service because the first futon I bought was a disaster assembly so I returned it and bought the one I have now %26 didn't want to hassle with a potentially aggravating assembly.

Refuse to take out the old sofa, for it was not in his Job Description, even though I told whoever was in charge that the Old Sofa had to be removed. After a while of debating, he took out the Old Sofa only to leave it on the porch. Half of the service, I would say.

This service get 0 stars. The never called, texted, nor emailed me anything about them coming to put my sofa togther. I called and canceled the service and asked for a refund. They canceled the service , but I'm still trying to get my money from this company. When you call their company service number, they tell you that you are calling the wrong number, then proceed to give you the phone number you just called. As, I write this review, I am still trying to get my money back from this company. I would not recommend using this company.

Do NOT use this option!!! I paid $89 to get sofa assembled and DID NOT receive ANY SERVICE. I've tried contacting Angi and Walmart with no response back. Could not even get a response to schedule. Ended up paying someone local to assemble the sofa. THIS IS A RIP OFF AND I'M NOW OUT $89 AND RECEIVED NOTHING.

Sofa uncomfortable, I didn’t use Angi, because my assemble appointment rescheduled twice and I was not satisfied that I canceled the service cause it too long for someone to come out to assemble the sofa. Sofa looked much softer in the picture, it’s too hard and I’d like to return the sofa for something better

I would like everything to be returned. They did not do as far as Walmart what I accepted. It was supposed to be delivered to my new apartment. Which I will be moving in on May 13 please cancel everything I’m going to go with Wayfair. They seem to be much more reliable than Walmart.

Didn’t need the service from Angi as there was nothing to put together. When I contacted Angi they said refund in 10 days. It’s way last that now. When I reached out to them again they said contact Walmart. Walmart said they could do nothing and to contact Angi. Somebody is full of it!!

They could not find a pro in my area so they rescheduled my installation service. The reschedule day I waited and no one ever showed up. I contacted customer service and they said they would have to reschedule again for a few days out. I ended up canceling the installation because it was ridiculous that I had to wait and keep being rescheduled.

The service was rescheduled online 1 hr before the service was supposed to take place. We had planned our day around this visit. It was rescheduled 3 days from now without inquiring if it would work for us. It didn't. So we cancelled, asked for a refund and will put the couch together ourselves. Thank you.
