Service person Mohammed H was excellent. Just wish I has more cash on had for a tip. Very professional, courteous, and had my sofa assembled in no time! Needless to say, I was greatly impressed. Many thanks.

It took a little time to get someone in my area to assemble my sofa hideabed. When they came it didn't take long to put together. They were very polite.I am pleased.

I only rated this a 5 because of the worker that came out and assembled the sofa, did an amazing job. HOWEVER! There are some issues with keeping the sofa together. The pullout part seems to come off track often and I have to keep putting it back on. Don’t get me wrong, I love this sofa and it fits perfectly in my living room, it doesn’t feel so sturdy, but I plan to keep it for a short amount of time and just pay more on a better quality instead. But overall the worker was so amazing, very friendly and helpful. I appreciate his hard work assembling the sofa!

Well he came 2 days later. In which he did a good job! But a week and a half later, he texted me if I was single and available for a date! Mind you my adult son opened the door! I was sitting on the couch watching TV.....wasn't wearing anything special, and no makeup.

The boxes were outside. He assembled the sofa out there, thought i wanted a white sofa out in my yard. He DID NOT take the boxes, that was part of what I paid for. Not happy at all with this service. I'm 80 years old, I couldn't carry the boxes inside. When I said I wanted the sofa inside, he argued with me and was rude.

They never assembled it for me, and on top of that, they left it at a different building far from my apartment. I've already requested a refund, but they aren't even responding. They sent someone to take photos of it inside my home after it was already set up, yet I had paid someone else to bring it over—it was a total disaster.

I have not been contacted to have my sofa assembled! And it's now Friday 7 August and I have company coming on Monday 10 August! I'm very unhappy because now, I have to either assemble it myself or hire someone on short notice! Absolutely NOT acceptable! Thanks a lot! 😡

I'm waiting on my refund I paid for the assembly and they canceled so and rescheduled and it was too far off and I needed it done sooner than that so I did it myself I'm waiting on my refund I did it over 24 hours in advance I still have not received it yet and it's been over a week

Do NOT use this option!!! I paid $89 to get sofa assembled and DID NOT receive ANY SERVICE. I've tried contacting Angi and Walmart with no response back. Could not even get a response to schedule. Ended up paying someone local to assemble the sofa. THIS IS A RIP OFF AND I'M NOW OUT $89 AND RECEIVED NOTHING.

They never came to my house for what I paid for. I don’t like my refund back and I was not satisfied because they never came. Nobody never called. Nobody never said nothing and I’ll give us a bad review. I would like to talk to customer service concern this matter. it is still in the box. Look like I gotta try to put it together myself. I was not satisfied. .
