I received the reschedule of the appointment the morning of installation- the reschedule date was past the date I needed the chair set up by. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the appointment and was disappointed when they rescheduled the morning of. I ended up putting it together myself

the quality of the sofa bed I bought at Walmart.com. While the size of the sofa bed is as described, the overall quality is unacceptable. The material feels extremely weak, as if it may break at any time, even with light use. Additionally, the comfort level is very poor—it feels as though one is sleeping directly on the floor. This makes the product unsuitable for its intended purpose.

Set up ASSEMBLY first

I was unhappy with this service offered. Maybe I made mistake but I did not understand when checked this service that I would have to set up service with a professional assemblers I thought it would be done when it was delivered. Not the case. I was told Angi was to send someone out but it would be 4 days. My couch was sitting out then it started raining. I did get help getting it in my house. So please if you do order something large and having assembled set it up first so this doesn’t happen to you. Deb u

The "pro" was three hours late. Instead of getting here at 7:00pm, she came at 10:00 pm. She finished at 1:00 in the morning! I think she was hoping I would re-schedule, but I was doing many renovations and needed the couch to sleep on. I don't think she had assembled this couch before. She followed the printed directions as I would have if I had put the couch together myself. Everything seems fine, but I was not impressed since she was so late and new to this piece of furniture.

I paid for assembly. I had to reach out to them after the couch was ordered. I received an email saying someone from Luxury Bedding would contact me in 48 hours well that was Dec. 5th and today is Dec. 12th and I had reached out a 2nd time and received no response. Do NOT pay for their assembly service as it would appear they do not exist! Oh and forget about Walmart helping you . That was a waste of time. I would have to say they don’t vet their 3rd party vendors. At least this has been my experience and it has been horrible.

My first appointment was canceled because the person that was supposed to come do it had an emergency. Then the professional was supposed to come out and do it the next day no answer because they use generated numbers. So I called and got a different appointment. Had someone call me at 3:37 PM when my schedule is for 6 PM today? I said you could come at 5 PM then when I called I didn't get an answer. So I look so I looked at my email. I had a cancellation for today to reschedule for Thursday. Come to find out these professionals that they are using our independent contractors so no I will never use Angi again. I don't recommend them if you buy something that need to be put together please please find someone that can do it for you because they will give you the runaround.

I had the appointment for today yous guys decided to cancel my appointment at the last minute and reschedule me for a date that's a week from now that's definitely unprofessional %26 to top it off the person I was talking to must have forgotten there's emails to back up and prove what I was saying I suffer from mental illness n when I get upset I start snapping... but she definitely must have forgotten I had an email proving I was supposed to have services today . I definitely find it unacceptable that I would of had to wait til December 15th to get my couch put together so what I was supposed to sit on the floor until then see the unprofessionalism in that . and I hope to god u refund me my money to for these services the lady told me 5 to 10 business days that's cost 89.99 that better be returned to my account they same way y'all was able to take it ... I understand people have things to do in life but they could of found another worker in the south Philadelphia area to come put it together ... they should make it for next day put together services n not reschedule people at the last minute when they had to cancel stuff so that someone would be there for them to put it together just to be jerked off like no I wouldn't recommend at all ! y'all need to get it together if someone's elderly or young n needs help putting furniture together it's already bad enough they gotta wait for stuff to be delivered but I paid for them to assemble my furniture and I expected to be done on that date not canceled at the last minute then reschedule .... then she's gonna tell me she understands the frustration no I don't think she clearly did if it was even a human n not a darn robot I was talking to ... I had to call some family up thank God they were available to help me put my furniture together because you guys are not reliable I wouldn't recommend yous to nobody like my experience was really really unprofessional they could of canceled a day B4 yesterday and found me someone no they cancelled the very last minute and expected me to be ok with that and sit on the floor for another week til they finally find someone to put my furniture together. unacceptable unprofessional like I said you guys need to get it together next day services or come on the date that's scheduled not do what u did to me today and when I told the lady I can screenshot the email n send her the proof oh no no that's ok honey yeah what she didn't wanted to be proven wrong that I was for today n not December the 15th oh okay . like seriously get it together I'm very upset like how many other people did yous do this to %26 did they get their severes or at least their money back since it seems like y'all like playing with people time . GET IT TOGETHER LIKE TODAY SERIOUSLY A MAD 😡🤬 COSTUMER

Walmart contracts with Angie Angie never suppled an installer. I had to find an installer myself. The is great! I love it. It was easy for my installer to put together. I recommend. The sofa but not the installer from Angie, who never supplied an installer with.
