if I could get hold of someone from the assembly that was already set up through Walmart and Angi I might be happy. nothing works on their app and I can't find anything out about when the handyman is coming or even if he's coming

I did not have to use the service because I was able to do it. I see his reviews his assembly service professionalism would have completed the job effectively.

The service was rescheduled online 1 hr before the service was supposed to take place. We had planned our day around this visit. It was rescheduled 3 days from now without inquiring if it would work for us. It didn't. So we cancelled, asked for a refund and will put the couch together ourselves. Thank you.

he was late. to the appointment. I informed him that I had canceled. I called WALMART Support for a refund. He was rude. I have never use Angi before. I have learnt my lesson. never again will I use Angi. I felt very uncomfortable with the man. After I ask him to leave. He didn't leave. I call Pearl Police.

I prepaid Angi service to assemble a sofa. Bye the time the Tec even contacted me I had canceled the service because I did Not hear from them. this was 12/26. I have been trying to get my refund since then. now 2/19...WOW not impressed at all. They even tried to tell me I did not submit my refund request within 30 days and ai am just out of luck. The sofa to assemble was due the 9th and Assembly the 11th. But it finally arrived thr 13th. I was told the Assembly date could not be changed so if I wanted my money back I would have to do a refund. So she ptocessed the refund. Then they sent a new date to assemble but I still did not know when it would arrive. Any chance you can cancel the refund and fix the sofa?

Refuse to take out the old sofa, for it was not in his Job Description, even though I told whoever was in charge that the Old Sofa had to be removed. After a while of debating, he took out the Old Sofa only to leave it on the porch. Half of the service, I would say.

The two handymen sent never showed up but lied and had no proof of coming not even a phone call to let me know they arrived or picture of my door or building so I know they came called Angi customer care to report the incident and got no response or reschedule till date . Don’t waste your money and time over an over hyped service

The guy that put it together did a great job. a very nice man. To use as a chair its built to low for many different size people. If you are short and small to med built you would fit ok.my son is 6ft 180lb. This chair is not for him. I needed one for him. and a spare bed to. Its just for small short people.

The assistance from Angi is completely useless. They reroute you to Walmart and then Walmart refers you back to them to do anything. If you don’t think you need the services, it’s cheaper to just try it yourself first and then if you end up needing it you can just buy the service later. Waste of money and time if you end up just building the item yourself.
