Do NOT use this option!!! I paid $89 to get sofa assembled and DID NOT receive ANY SERVICE. I've tried contacting Angi and Walmart with no response back. Could not even get a response to schedule. Ended up paying someone local to assemble the sofa. THIS IS A RIP OFF AND I'M NOW OUT $89 AND RECEIVED NOTHING.

Sofa uncomfortable, I didn’t use Angi, because my assemble appointment rescheduled twice and I was not satisfied that I canceled the service cause it too long for someone to come out to assemble the sofa. Sofa looked much softer in the picture, it’s too hard and I’d like to return the sofa for something better

He was a reliable, smart, efficient, and hard worker. I would totally recommend and will be calling him back for new furniture I plan to buy for my new apartment!

Absolutely terrible. They took my money, no one showed up, completed my project, and when I reached out for help, they just refunded me. So I still have a couch in a box and no way to put it together

Person assembled the couch arms backward which had the back of the couch toward the front, didn’t notice until trying to pull bed out of couch AFTER the “pro” left and had to take apart %26 reassemble ourselves!

Angi’s assembly service guy Josè was unexpectingly accruately quick wiith putting the sofa bed together (5 stars); A few things though that we didn’t was the size and length, which I was expecting the sofa bed to be tad longer %26 bigger but it works for a semi small person (like me), the length (my feet do hang off a bit because I prefer lying with the back section up instead of fully flat; still getting adjusted to having a sofa bed.

I called the people they gave me. One was in an Atlanta suburb, others were not much closer. The one who said he could possibly come Monday, which was three days way. I called and cancelled. Angi did refund the charges. For those in a rural area, this is not practical.

he was late. to the appointment. I informed him that I had canceled. I called WALMART Support for a refund. He was rude. I have never use Angi before. I have learnt my lesson. never again will I use Angi. I felt very uncomfortable with the man. After I ask him to leave. He didn't leave. I call Pearl Police.

I prepaid Angi service to assemble a sofa. Bye the time the Tec even contacted me I had canceled the service because I did Not hear from them. this was 12/26. I have been trying to get my refund since then. now 2/19...WOW not impressed at all. They even tried to tell me I did not submit my refund request within 30 days and ai am just out of luck. AHHHAAAAA. WHAT A RUNAROUND.....DO NOT use the ANGI SERVICE!!!!!!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Due to the absence of an assembly service, I am entitled to a refund for the service I did not receive. The service was delayed, and I was not notified of its arrival. Consequently, I was unable to attend work and incurred additional expenses. This situation resulted in an overpayment for a service that was not delivered. You know what the product looks like in a box so I won’t be posting a picture of what you can simply google in the privacy of my own home.
