They did not show up when they said they would show up. Rescheduled four times and each time rescheduled I would get an email stating the assembly date had been changed. After a month I just cancelled. Still waiting on reimbursement.

just love ed the couch but why didn't someone come to fix my tv stand I would like for someone to come and fix my tv stand these week I did pay for some one to come and put together my tv stand

I paid for the service but it never happened. I got 2 calls and i called back and ask that they call my son and keft his number since i bought it for him. He put it together himself.

My first appointment was canceled because the person that was supposed to come do it had an emergency. Then the professional was supposed to come out and do it the next day no answer because they use generated numbers. So I called and got a different appointment. Had someone call me at 3:37 PM when my schedule is for 6 PM today? I said you could come at 5 PM then when I called I didn't get an answer. So I look so I looked at my email. I had a cancellation for today to reschedule for Thursday. Come to find out these professionals that they are using our independent contractors so no I will never use Angi again. I don't recommend them if you buy something that need to be put together please please find someone that can do it for you because they will give you the runaround.

This couch from Drew Barrymore Beautiful line is well made - but warning it is small. The length is 72” but the height is low. I purchased the couch to mix with the popular creamy Barrymore chairs. Next to these great chairs the couch looks small. But, I have no regrets.

The "pro" was three hours late. Instead of getting here at 7:00pm, she came at 10:00 pm. She finished at 1:00 in the morning! I think she was hoping I would re-schedule, but I was doing many renovations and needed the couch to sleep on. I don't think she had assembled this couch before. She followed the printed directions as I would have if I had put the couch together myself. Everything seems fine, but I was not impressed since she was so late and new to this piece of furniture.

walmart customer service team and I tried to contact Angi by phone several times and no response. Angi has $89 I paid to Walmart for assembly services. one hour on the phone trying to reach Angi with no response. I will never sign up for any of angi services. bad customer service. Just refund my $89 dollars.

we paid the installation fee fpr yall to come put and open a box. and this description was not designated in the description of the couch. which rips people off for the installation. i vouldve cut it open for free and did the same job they did! rip off!
