The guy that put it together did a great job. a very nice man. To use as a chair its built to low for many different size people. If you are short and small to med built you would fit ok.my son is 6ft 180lb. This chair is not for him. I needed one for him. and a spare bed to. Its just for small short people.

I paid for assembly. I had to reach out to them after the couch was ordered. I received an email saying someone from Luxury Bedding would contact me in 48 hours well that was Dec. 5th and today is Dec. 12th and I had reached out a 2nd time and received no response. Do NOT pay for their assembly service as it would appear they do not exist! Oh and forget about Walmart helping you . That was a waste of time. I would have to say they don’t vet their 3rd party vendors. At least this has been my experience and it has been horrible.

we paid the installation fee fpr yall to come put and open a box. and this description was not designated in the description of the couch. which rips people off for the installation. i vouldve cut it open for free and did the same job they did! rip off!

I called the people they gave me. One was in an Atlanta suburb, others were not much closer. The one who said he could possibly come Monday, which was three days way. I called and cancelled. Angi did refund the charges. For those in a rural area, this is not practical.

This couch from Drew Barrymore Beautiful line is well made - but warning it is small. The length is 72” but the height is low. I purchased the couch to mix with the popular creamy Barrymore chairs. Next to these great chairs the couch looks small. But, I have no regrets.

The guy called me Thursday afternoon and said he would arrive at 7PM to assemble my living room set. I advised him to come because I knew my son would be here, however, as a rule I don't allow strangers in my home after 6pm because I live alone. The guy NEVER SHOWED UP! NO CALL NO FOLLOW UP! Sad... I need you to assign me a more professional assembler, with references, and a afternoon assembly.

I had the appointment for today yous guys decided to cancel my appointment at the last minute and reschedule me for a date that's a week from now that's definitely unprofessional %26 to top it off the person I was talking to must have forgotten there's emails to back up and prove what I was saying I suffer from mental illness n when I get upset I start snapping... but she definitely must have forgotten I had an email proving I was supposed to have services today . I definitely find it unacceptable that I would of had to wait til December 15th to get my couch put together so what I was supposed to sit on the floor until then see the unprofessionalism in that . and I hope to god u refund me my money to for these services the lady told me 5 to 10 business days that's cost 89.99 that better be returned to my account they same way y'all was able to take it ... I understand people have things to do in life but they could of found another worker in the south Philadelphia area to come put it together ... they should make it for next day put together services n not reschedule people at the last minute when they had to cancel stuff so that someone would be there for them to put it together just to be jerked off like no I wouldn't recommend at all ! y'all need to get it together if someone's elderly or young n needs help putting furniture together it's already bad enough they gotta wait for stuff to be delivered but I paid for them to assemble my furniture and I expected to be done on that date not canceled at the last minute then reschedule .... then she's gonna tell me she understands the frustration no I don't think she clearly did if it was even a human n not a darn robot I was talking to ... I had to call some family up thank God they were available to help me put my furniture together because you guys are not reliable I wouldn't recommend yous to nobody like my experience was really really unprofessional they could of canceled a day B4 yesterday and found me someone no they cancelled the very last minute and expected me to be ok with that and sit on the floor for another week til they finally find someone to put my furniture together. unacceptable unprofessional like I said you guys need to get it together next day services or come on the date that's scheduled not do what u did to me today and when I told the lady I can screenshot the email n send her the proof oh no no that's ok honey yeah what she didn't wanted to be proven wrong that I was for today n not December the 15th oh okay . like seriously get it together I'm very upset like how many other people did yous do this to %26 did they get their severes or at least their money back since it seems like y'all like playing with people time .
