Cancel on me twice less than an hour. The person texted instead of calling. I took off work expecting to have my sofa assemble. I have an essential job. I lost time and work because of poor communication.

I had canceled the service within minutes of of ordering it, and the money was taken out of my account and I should have a refund. Please tell me how I can obtain that I did not use the service. I did cancel with Angie.

paid to have sofa put together and didn't get the service. The sofa was left on front porch. one box has a water stains on the box. Donald Broughton

Great service in putting this chair/couch together. It was a gift and they showed up at the gift recipient’s house on time and she said they did a great job.

They finished and left without showing me how to use the sofabed or anything else didn't say anything just left boxes for me to clean up...very unprofessional left my door unlocked while I was in my room

The Handy technician was very professional and even arrived sooner that promised to assemble my sofa sleeper. He even explained the entire assembly process prior to his assembly. I would definitely use their services again around my home.

The guy scuffed my new hardwood floors, was incredibly rude, and did a poor and clearly rushed job. He didn’t want to be working that day and he was not shy about telling me.

i paid extra for my couch to be assembled.. and i havent heard ANYTHING from anyone about it since. now i have a couch i cannot sit on ..tanks alot for nothing.

I tried to cancel this, however, walmart could not. The person from Angi came to assemgle it, however, could not because I wasn't going to accept delivery. I called to get credit and was told I would only get 50%.

The gentleman that put the couch together did a fantastic job. I'm glad I paid the extra money to have it put together because I would of never been able to do it.
