The person messaged saying they were running late due to a flat tire. Then were supposed to be here at noon. Messaged at 1130 saying they were coming from West Plains, 1 hour away. It is almost 3pm and no one has show up, messaged, or replied to my messages. This feels like a scam.

The set up guy Ariel, was on time, polite n good communication on any questions I had. Since this is my first buy as an online order, I was happy to get some to set it up for me. Definitely recommend them for small or big projects. Leave the job done n your place tidy.

The worst possible service I've ever dealt with from a company. I scheduled it the day the couch was delivered and they re scheduled it an hour before my appt was without notice and re scheduled it again so I ended up just cancelling it and getting a refund because they are very very unprofessional.

The person who came to put our couch together was ahead of schedule, extremely friendly, and was good conversation while I wrapped presents. Only problem is they did not assemble the couch correctly and I can see exactly where in the process he made a mistake. We briefly looked at the extra parts, but I was not going to question them as they seemed good at their job.

Order the sofa and the recliner got a date for the assembly. Recliner I held down to for a week prior to the assembly date so far arrive the day before. Day of the assembly I checked to ensure the time they were to arrive. No one showed up I contacted cancel the assembly put together the chair by myself open the sofa to begin assembly while assembling noticed that the sofa was broken. I sent multiple text messages. Emails and have have not resolved the solution nor have I been reimbursed for the assembly fees.

He was nice, took his time to look over the instructions, he didn't rush through it, but he was very knowledgeable putting it together and it didn't take him that long. He cleaned up the boxes and plastic, bagged them neatly. I would trust his service again.

angi service man called me late the day of , said he was gonna be 45 min late. He was already 20 min late when he called..i said ill reschedule with angi ,we have things to do besides this couch. he said we can do tomorrow . i said fine 930? He said he is free all day. The fool shows up at 10am, i dont do lateness. he ended up bringing another guy and they both had a smell to them , i cant clear it from the living room

This Angi service is not good its a scam, I paid everything upfront for my service for my grandchildren and mom single parent, they have no furniture new place, I call early today to ask why didn’t come when supposed to, the lady says she doesn’t know why that happened , first they rescheduled one time didn’t come on the schedule day, they rescheduled for next day no one show up no call as to what happening, my daughter and I tried calling the service number for Angi no to talk with still no service, think again before you pay for this extra service. We want to be refunded

If I could give a negative star count it would be negative 100.... The person that was supposed to do my service say that they showed up to my place and I went outside even walk to the parking lot and there was no one there. they also said they completed my service and they didn't do anything. When I called the people they tried calling them several times and the person didn't even answer. they told me the next time I could get somebody for them to reschedule would be for Sunday why does 4 days away Is beyond me but I WOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. I'M WAITING ON MY FULL REFUND BECAUSE IF I GET HALF MY REFUND FOR SOMEBODY WHO LIED AND DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THE ACTUAL SERVICE PEOPLE CALLED THEM TO SEE IF THEY COMPLETED THE JOB I'M GOING TO FIND SOME OTHER KIND OF ACTION TO SUE.

Had to assemble my furniture, myself due being rescheduled 3 consecutive times. None of the rescheduling was requested by me. Don’t waste your time on this service. They will only tie up your time. Notice the rating one star was giving since something was required.
