Cinema like experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're loving our new LG 86” TV. With the sound bar and subwoofer purchased separately. It's like a cinema experience at home. Our only complaint is the remote. It would be nice if it had back lighting. You just can't see the buttons unless the lights are on. Also the remote it a bit difficult to navigate. Other than that we're happy with our purchase.

I love this Tv!!! I bought this tv to replace a similar older model. The setup was fast an easy, get logged in to the various streaming services was a snap. The user interface has changed slightly from the older model, it still works well it just moves you to a different screen instead of popping up at the bottom. This causes a slight delay in opening up the apps that are not pre-installed on the remote.

Good buy for the price

I purchased this a few weeks ago and so far it's been a solid purchase. The one negative is it only has two HDMI connections and when you have the cable and a Roku and then a Blu-ray player you end up needing to purchase an HDMI switch to connect all three. This TV really needs at least 3 if not 4 HDMI connections. With that exception the TV is great.

great picture but not easy to navigate

I bought this a couple of months ago and although we love the picture and sound quality navigating the tv apps and settings and getting everything set up to work is annoying and not simple. It constantly needs to be updated and the internet rebooted just to get an app like netflix to work.

I purchased this tv 2 weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. The picture quality is very crisp and vibrant. The sound quality is good. This tv replaces an older model LG 43" tv and the updated WebOS is a big improvement. This tv comes with the "magic remote". I can't say that I love this remote. It is difficult to get precise control with the pointer. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Love the screen size!

I looked into upgrading my screen size for a couple years. I had a high quality 60”LCD TV but yearned for a larger screen in my oversized great room. Similar to computers, a couple months after buying the latest technology for big money it becomes quickly outdated. This time I opted for a high quality set in the large format. Overall I am pleased with my choice at an affordable price point. The only gripe so far is the dark screen coloration. There seems to be a boos amount of gray ghosting on low lighted images.

I bought 2 of these TV's about a month ago to replace 2 TV's that were damaged during a storm. They had the best picture compared to the others on display and were priced quite nice. They sound great and look great. I haven't really had time to explore all the features, which is why I only rated it 4-stars. But overall, I'm satisfied with them.
