Purchased TV about a month ago, install on wall was easy, well defined directions. There were more features than I thought when I purchased it. The picture was excellent, the setup was great. The on screen mouse option was one I didn't expect, which seemed a little touchy to navigate. I would suggest to engineers, the on screen cursor could have been guided by a mouse ball instead of a pointing action. Overall excellent choice.

I purchased this recently to replace a tv that wasn't smart. I love how easy it was to set up and start using. The picture quality is really good. The only thing I wish is that it would work easier with Spectrum. It doesn't allow the spectrum app and that is my cable provider, so I have to get to in to that a different way. It's a few extra steps but it can be done. Other than that, I love this tv!

After having a discussion with the sales person and upon viewing/comparing the LG 55UQ8000AUB, I saw that it had a higher quality picture. It was easy to navigate through the set-up and the laser pointer remote is genius. Really nice TV for its price point!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV (86”UQ8000AUB) a few weeks ago. Overall impression is that the product is excellent and good value for money. However, the screen is leaking and excess of white light in some places. I suspect TV experts would have returned it long ago but, despite the fact that this shouldn't happen, it's not that bad as to spoil my viewing pleasure. Plus the fact that returning and 86” TV that I have just mounted on the wall might is not a task that I would wish on anyone.

I bought this tv about 2 weeks ago. I was upgrading from an old tv with a firestick plug in. This tv has been such an upgrade! I love the mouse feature on the remote where you can move the remote around directly to what you want instead of having to manually scroll to what you're wanting. The sound and picture quality are amazing. It's a game changer for your favorite tv series, everything is so much clearer!

I received this tv as a birthday gift. The picture is great sound is above average but I use a sound bar. The only problem I have is with the startup software. Too slow and the initial screen goes directly to The LG page not to the cable service. In addition if you don't emediatly shut the TV off then right back on you must use the LG remote instead of the cable remote. 2 differentremots to turn on the TV is not a great system..

I bought this for my bed room and 43” is a perfect size. 5 stars for picture quality and sound. But the App Store is very limited, missing common apps like PBS, ABC, etc. Also AirPlay from my M1 MacBook does not work, keeps disconnecting. I still like this TV for its overall quality for the price.

I had always wanted to hang a large tv on my wall and was waiting for a good deal . This thanks giving fulfilled my dream. A very reliable tv with a lot of features. 120 hz refresh rate is icing on the top. . The picture quality is great with awesome sound quality. Definitely a good buy for me. The sleek design makes it easy for 2-3 people to hang it easily on the wall.

Love the extra built-in channels. They provide extra content that paid channels don't cover. Great Christmas Movie channel played non-stop during the holidays. No need to change the channel as one great movie after another. Quality and picture are superb.
