[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG TV a few months ago. It was the easiest TV to set up. The color and setting were spot on. I was even impressed with the quality of the TV built in speakers sound. I use a sound bar set, but I had to try the TV out without the sound bar and sub woofer hooked. The only draw back is the Magic remote. I wish it was more like a computer mouse. Luckily our past 2 TV's and sound bars were all LG and the old remotes automatically paired with the new TV. So I have extra remotes when I misplace one.

This is my second LG TV. First was a 55in. loved the picture, it was so clear and lifelike it was like watching my DVD collection for the first time! So I had to buy the LG Electronics - 43UQ8000AUB for my office, same GREAT results as my first LG TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great so far. Not a huge fan of the scrolling button on the remote. I've also already quite a few updates (4) and only had for 3 weeks. I still haven't gotten my free streaming service credit….noticed it said can take up to 30 days to get the code! The refresh is s bit slower than my last tv when moving between apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this TV for a few weeks now, and for the money it has good picture quality and features. I do find the smart TV features including Web OS to be somewhat challenging to navigate with the smart remote. It probably would be better if fewer apps were pre-installed. It took some time to install the ones I actually use, then re-arrange all the icons so they are convenient to access. Sound quality is pretty weak through the TV speaker, but sounds fine through my sound bar using an optical cable. Obviously, the picture isn't as sharp as the high-end OLED models, but if you're looking for a decent TV with a good feature set and a low price this one is a good choice - especially if you use a sound bar or home theater system to handle the sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set up my new 50 inch LG tv. My frustration is when I turn it on I get (2) minutes of advertisements before I can get to my local stations. I have spoken to your technical group twice with no luck. I have the same tv in another room, and it works fine on startup. Please have someone call. I do need a technician who speaks very good English. I'm hard of hearing and old enough to not process instructions very well. I think I need a complete reset to solve the problem. I purchased this TV a few months ago and it is larger and clearer than my previous plasma TV but the remote control is very touchy and confusing. In addition sometimes the sound does not play at all and the TV must be unplugged from power for a reboot to correct it. In summary, it was affordable and a good value, but it takes some getting used to.

It's not just about the size of my tv , the picture color is amazing and all the features on it like LG channels the web os and more . And to boot Lg's no matter if it's a tv or one of there other products are high quality. Just Love it

My old TV's HDMI ports stopped working, so I started comparing price and performance at a major outlet. I was astonished to find out that in addition to cable/antenna inputs, the wireless internet capability provides hundreds of additional LG channels and even on demand movies at no cost along with your favorite platforms.

This tv is extremely affordable. My main issue with this tv was the viewing angle. I have an open concept with the living room and kitchen and in the kitchen the picture was not good. It was only good sitting in front of the tv in the living room. This seems to be common for this tv type. After doing more research I had to buy an OLED to be able to have a great viewing angle. Had to return this one and buy an LG OLED.

Bought the TV it's nice. The learning curve is a little tough. I could not get the motor trend APP on the TV so had to attach a fire stick and that was an experience to learn how to get to the HDMI slot. Not having a book for directions is difficult. The only thing its missing is an over the air antenna.
