I bought the LG 65-inch TV to replace a 13 year old TV that finally stopped working. This is my 3rd LG "smart" television with LG's WebOS operating system. As with my other LG TV's, the picture and sound quality are excellent. As with other lower priced models, this TV is equipped with only 2 HDMI connectors whereas more full featured models have 3 or more HDMI's and a host of analog jacks. With this model, I had concerns that its two HDMI connections were not enough. Since the WebOS system does not support the Spectrum app, and one other app that I regularly use, I have to use a Roku box plugged into one of the HDMI ports to give me access to these channels. That leaves one other HDMI for my DVD player and Sound Bar. Fortunately, the Sound Bar connects with an optical cable to the LG TV. But with this setup, I was initially not able to control the volume with the LG remote. I contacted a very helpful person with LG support who guided me through some obscure setup screens that allowed the Sound Bar to synchronize with the LG TV and, voila, I am now able to control the sound bar with the LG remote. It also controls the Roku box. My setup now works perfectly with only 2 HDMI's and the optical audio connection. This is my first LG TV with the "Magic Remote" control. It differs from the other LG models in that the remote is physically larger, fitting more comfortably in my hand. It also connects to the TV without the typical infra-red beam, so it really doesn't matter if I'm pointing the remote at the TV or not. But shake the remote a couple of times and magically, a cursor appears on the TV screen, and you can point and click much like using a computer or video game. I suspect that some will like this feature, but it's really overkill for my needs. I do like the remote, especially now that it handles my TV, Sound Bar, and Roku box. The onscreen cursor is nice, but doesn't work in some apps. The ThinQ interface is designed for a houseful of LG smart appliances. I mainly use it for casting my phone to the TV screen to view photos and videos. Its slide show capability is limited but very convenient when friends visit. I would like to see more improvement in this area.

I really like this tv. It's actually my first one, I've lived 31 years without ever buying one of my own (I mostly read). But I finally decided to stop watching my beloved F1 races on my phone and upgrade to a real tv. Wow. The colors, the sounds… it's a whole new experience and I've fallen even more in love with the sport because of this tv—you should buy it!

I must say the clarity of the picture is great! I can see things I have never seen from the strands of hair to grains of sand. This is undoubtedly the best tv I have ever owned!

This is the largest television we've ever had so we were a little nervous that the technology would be a challenge. And that wasn't the case, at all. It was sensible-step after sensible-step, and in a matter of minutes we were enjoying a beautiful picture, had the stations set up, the audio is amazing. Thank you for adding value to an already great experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the fist TV we have bought that my husband hasn't gone into settings and adjusted the color because we didn't need to , this TV has a great picture. The only thing I would change is the remote control, it's nice looking we struggle with hitting the wrong buttons a lot especially when it's dark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was first time I have purchased an LG TV and I was pleasantly surprised! The quality of picture and sound is great and I live that it was so easy to setup and have working within minutes of unboxing. And the remote is great and so easy to use, even my 5 uear old is able to turn on, control volume and find his Netflix and Disney+ channels with little effort. My only complaint is that the TV doesn't allow for ESPN or ESPN+ app to be installed and watching either via the browser is not a pleasant experience. I am hopeful that since it already has Disney+ and Hulu apps installed that an upcoming update will allow for ESPN and ESPN+ apps to be installed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that this would be a great TV if you would include an owners manual. I spent the first week trying to get it set up for me. Every time I turned it on instead of getting TV channels, l got LG advertising.

It sucks and I will NEVER buy another LG TV - Ever!! The repairman sent to "try" and fix it used his "magic remote" to no avail. And I have heard NOTHING from LG after his repair DID NOT fix the issues. New day - same issues. Not a happy camper!!
