[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV and fell in Love the picture is so clean and crisp, the sound is awesome easy to use remote, the only problem was the feet were plastic and for a 86" TV they were not strong enough and broke and TV fell and shattered after only a month. I reached out to LG and told them what happened, and they were on top of it. They sent someone out that day and they took pictures and accessed the issue. A couple of weeks later they sent me a check for a full refund. Went back to buy same TV and BJ's were out of them, so we bought a Samsung the picture wasn't even close and the sound was horrible so we boxed it back up and waited for them to get more 86" LG's we bought a kit to attach back top of TV to wall to keep from falling over but the new LG had metal feet... Very impressed with LG all the way around.....

The pointer is hard to direct and control and has to be moved to a point where you can stabilize it. Otherwise I love the TV!!

The TV must have been dropped. The upper left corner of the screen is cracked. We have a replacement coming....we don't know when. In the mean time we are without a TV in the den! ! !

I purchased this TV for my bedroom to replace a competing brand. The LG television is the best brand on the market. It has all the bells and whistles.

I bought a different brand 1 1/2 years ago. Talked myself out of getting an LG at the time. Big mistake because the other tv shot craps. This tv was so much easier to set up, sound and picture are much better. Would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it 2 months ago. All of my family really love this TV. huge screen, user-friendly interface, and reasonable price.

I wasn't expecting much from an "entry level" unit, but I had to lower those expectations even further. There a white splotches all over the screen, especially around the edges. The picture is not very clear. And the remote works intermittently.

I really like LG products, I do have I issue with the TV, it only has 2 HDMI ports, I needed 3, one for my satellite dish, one for my fire stick and I did not have one for my DVD player. Add a another port

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV. The picture is great, it was easy to install. The only thing I don't care for is the remote buttons. It's hard to feel them and distinguish from one anther.

Pointer never sets it keeps all over the place. Should remove that feature for all time. I had to have LG disable it and it took many times to remove it even with lg trying. The tv itself is fine.
