I'm the past we have brought TCL Roku TV's and they did what it's suppose to do. Picture quality isn't the best but it served its purpose and user friendly. Buying this LG made us realized how clear the picture quality can be when you buy a reputable brand like LG. We most likely won't ever buy another brand of TV. We love it.

I initially went with a cheap TV (different manufacturer) and realized the picture really sucked compared to the OLED .Soooooo ……..I went and got the OLED 42” and have been very happy with the purchase.

Complicated to program, no manual of instruction, doesn't allow you to use Roku or Netflix unless you take down your privacy and let them share all,I mean all your private information with all apps and. Channels, trying to get the manual of instruction? Good luck, the name of the tv? Is not diferente than a top secret CIA password to release a atomic bomb. I JUST HATE,it's for sure the last LG product I will ever buy.
