Instructions should be clearer with better pictures & some things are not specific in the pictures. It’s together & will enjoy for many years! Compliments from the neighbors & one is seriously considering getting one! Highly recommend! Oh! Video on YouTube is old! Not helpful!

I Did Buy This Shed Awhile Ago Really Nice Takes Time To Put Together But Worth It In The End Also You Need 2 People To Do The Job You Also Need A Floor To Build It On It Does Come With A Floor I Used Wood And Make Sure Its Level The Manuel Is Really Simple To Follow For Putting It Together

We bought this shed 2 years ago. We had a problem with a skylight. The representative listened to our concerns and sent a new part with no hassle. This is a very durable shed! We live in a windy area and have had many storms with high winds and the shed withstood the storms every time!

I bought this and paid to have it installed. Right out of the box, the floor panels were wrong. Shed came with incorrect floor panels included, which was not immediately discovered. Called Lifetime for proper panels. Very courteous and professional customer service. Received new floor panels rather quickly (this was over the July 4th weekend). Rescheduled installer. He came out and was at my house from 10 AM until 8PM. I even helped for 5 hours. Doors would not fit on the long side, not even close. Turns out, the wrong floor panels were sent again. 20 man hours wasted. Plus, he had to disassemble the entire shed, and order new panels again. I bought this shed late in May, it was delivered about a month later, and all of July was wasted on waiting for the correct parts and rescheduling the installer. It was a very frustrating experience.

First let me state, this review isn't going to determine anything about the durability of the shed, as I have just finished completion yesterday - but so far, so good. The ugly - the directions and packaging are horrific!!!! My shed arrived in 4 LARGE boxes - and none were clearly marked stating which box contained the directions. I had to un pack all the boxes until I finally found the directions. Once I found them - - they weren't really clearly written - but hey maybe it's just me - the parts are marked pretty well -- - however the hardware had little to no identification - so..... it's a little tricky to put the two together. my recommendation to the company - - pack your boxes with the parts and hardware that go together. Clearly mark a box that has the instructions. Clearly mark all hardware packaging My overall review would have been better - but I'm still miffed by the lack of clear directions and marked hardware. I thought about adding a photo - or video - however all mine have obscene remarks or jesters as I was extremely frustrated IF you have little to no talent as a DIYer or handyman - - Don't but this shed

This shed is much more expensive than a traditional wood/plywood structure. We spent the money because we believed this would be a much faster, simpler option. That was a mistake. There are well over 1,000 screws put into piece after piece for days. The skylight strip is the most frustrating thing ever designed and took 3 people to slide a bumpy assembly over the ridge vent. Assembly time is around 40 hours, excluding the platform. We could have built a stronger wooden shed in less time for less money. I’m very disappointed.

To anyone reading reviews and considering buying this shed: I give this shed a perfect 10/10 rating for instructions and build quality. I did 95% by myself (just needing help for the roof skylight piece). Amazingly not a single piece was missing or damaged. Also, everything fit together perfect. I just finished installing the snow load kit (comes with it) and thought to myself that I really should write a review about how great this shed is. To whomever designed this, it really is impressive how well it fits together. The roof is very strong and I have no issues with the doors catching. The only small comment I will make is that the directions do not indicate which doors (for front or side) require which height hinge rods. You have a 50/50 shot and I was unlucky. The instructions just need to be updated to clarify which is which.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Lifetime 20x8 shed nearly a year ago..what a happy buying decision I made! This product a wonderful addition to my backyard not only in appearance but in funtionability. I had this shed professionally installed by recommended factory installers and they did a wonderful job on this installation. I highly recommend using installers that know what there doing. I would recommend this product to everyone without hesitation!

Put it up by myself over 3 days on and off with help from wife with sky light
