Machine itself is great, but they kept telling us it was on the way and was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. Took over 3 months to deliver and couldn’t get a hold of know one for any answers.

It is very good considering the price! For example, the seat doesn’t move, so when you are using the leg rods you might have to sit to the front without your back touching the seat and it only has one movement. The weight selection is great.

My family loves this weight machine. It's easy to use & compact enough to fit in our gameroom. We had a old Marcy gym weight machine years ago & loved it, but we wanted to get something a little more appropriate for our age and this machine is perfect.

I did my homework for a home gym. You can spend a lot more money if you choose to. But the Marcy MWM-4965 is a less expensive model but it’s still built well. The review’s I had read talked about customer service. Guess what. They were right on the money about customer service being outstanding ! I can not say enough about customer service. In today’s market you don’t find that many customer satisfaction with customer service. I prefer to purchase in store rather than online because of the handling of the product. In store stock seems to have fewer issues than shipping to home. I believe it is because home delivery is handled by more people who are being pushed to do more and more, faster and faster. So the package gets more of a rougher handling with to home deliveries. So my product had a few issues. I called customer service and they answered with a real person and said they were sorry for any inconvenience and will send me a replacement part right away. Who does that now days ? So would I purchase a Marcy home gym again ? Dang right I would because you actually get a great product. At a great price, and customer service that is the very best I have had to deal with in a very long time. Thank you Marcy home gym !! It only took me about 3 1/2 hours to put together. It is not hard to do. Just take your time and pay close attention to what way bolts and nuts go and when to tighten them up. I put it together alone but two people would have been faster. But again YES I would purchase a Marcy home gym again. But I am hopeful that it will last for years and I will never have to purchase another home gym again.

This is working out great. I put most of it together by myself, my son helped a little with the pulleys. Pretty straight forward. The small pieces were all separated out and shrink sealed for every couple of steps. No confusion about which pieces to use. I went to the store and got a few more spring clips and and a little bit more chain so I have custom chain lengths for the different exercises. Under $10. I put 8 interlocking foam pads underneath it. It’s a great machine. Seat, seat back and leg extension are not adjustable for different heights. It’s not cheaply made. It was Black Friday kind of sale, and I think it’s a great price.

Well Priced, Good Function Home Gym. I purchased on sale early November 2023. I received via truck freight near the end of November. My wife helped me assemble. Like some other reviewers noted it took about 3.5-4 hours. It was not hard, just take your time, directions were good, all the parts were in 1 large well packed cardboard box on a separate cardboard pallet. I have used the Gym for about 3 weeks now, and am very satisfied with the price, features of the gym, and quality/value. I would recommend. I primarily use gym for upper body workout, 63 year old male, as I ride a bike like 14 miles a day, and needed more for upper body. It has some lower body, but I only use leg lifts.

Bought this for myself. Was harder to get to the basement than it was to set up. Instructions are easy to follow, only issue I had was getting cables set correctly. It still only took me about 6 hours to set and I’m 78 years old.
