This home gym setup directions, parts list, and organized small parts taped to cardboard squares were superb. I was able to assemble it over a couple of days of work easily and correctly. It works very well for my needs and occupies a small space of my workout room. Could not be more pleased with how it went.

I am unable to rate the actual unit as it hasn't even been delivered to me after having placed the order back on Nov 6th. Apparently the freight company that Sam's Club decided to use is on backlog and still shipping for October. I contacted Sam's Club last week and at the time the gym unit hadn't even been picked up my Pilot. I would have expected that they would have selected a more reliable freight company if customer satisfaction really mattered to them. Just contacted Pilot this morning and due to the backlog, I wouldn't expect my delivery until mid December. Disappointed to say the least.

The gym was delivered promptly. I had them place the pallet in my garage. I then assembled the equipment in my basement. It took about 5 hours. Instructions were very clear in my opinion. I have used this gym 4-5 days a week with the routines they recommend. I am very satisfied with this equipment. A great value!

I was pleasantly surprised that the 150 lb weights were enough. This machine is meant for small, light people though. I'm just over six feet tall, and I find the length of travel is not enough. I actually lift up the end of the machine when doing curls. Switching between exercises can take longer than ideal, but we were expecting that. Shipping was fine, but assembly is quite involved. Set aside three hours.

It's almost a month, I placed the order on November 5th and am still waiting for it. Never happened this with Sam's, I got in contact with customer service once, and it was supposed to get delivered today, but..... It looks like again I'll have to contact customer service.

Ordered on November 3... and 25 days later I'm still waiting on delivery or even an ETA. I have been in contact with Sam's Club at least three different times, contacted the shipping company, and I'm still no closer to understanding when this product will arrive. Initial information from Sam's Club customer service suggested that I stay in contact with the shipper to find out what was going on. Ummm, no. Not my responsibility. Sam's Club rep indicated that the delay was due to the shipper. Contacted the shipping company just for the heck of it, and they stated that the delay was due to the vendor aka Sam's Club. So which is it? I've enlisted the help of at least three different Sam's Club employees via their chat. To say that I am not thrilled with this experience would be an understatement! I will say that the shipping company shows that the product has been waiting in an adjacent town since yesterday. However, Sam's Club tracking shows that the item checked in near me, then back to California. I'm now curious whether the product is actually being shipped back and forth between states. This does not say much (or it says EVERYTHING) for Maersk and their running of Pilot. God help them if it arrives damaged.

Haven't assembled my gym yet but wanted others to be aware of the actual cost of the "free shipping". Ordered the gym and was contacted by a shipping company to set up delivery. Established a date and 4 hour window for delivery. At no time did the company mention payment, either when setting the date or at the actual time of delivery. Weeks later I got a bill for $480 for the delivery of the gym from the shipping company. This is ridiculous since there were no other options when ordering online. I feel this is deceptive marketing and fraudulent billing on behalf of the shipping company Sam's Club contracts with.

We bought this on sale in the store and just finished putting it together. We had read reviews that said it was very difficult to assemble and were dreading it, but it was actually pretty simple. It took us about five hours (we're slow). Our suggestions: 1. While one person could put it together, it is definitely easier with two. 2. The allen wrenches/hex keys are included but you also need an adjustable wrench. Better yet, a socket wrench with a 5/8" socket and one smaller (sorry, I can't remember the size). 3. There are no written directions but the diagrams are very good; study them closely, take your time, and do things in the order they tell you to. Pay attention to the drawing of the wrench and hex key on each page -- if there is a diagonal line through it it means don't fully tighten the bolt yet. Otherwise, you can. 4. All the fasteners came separated and labeled/numbered, attached to three sheets of cardboard. You need scissors or a utility knife to cut the plastic holding them in place. Each step of assembly shows you what fasteners you will need for that step. At each step I put only the necessary fasteners in a bowl, leaving the rest attached to the card. ***For some weird reason one bolt, two washers and a nut were loose in the bottom of the box; I think they fell out of one of the bags. I set them aside and ultimately they were used towards the end of assembly on the end of the lower cable. Check your box and all the bags. 5. The only tricky part was installing the cables and some of the pulley wheels. Look ahead a page or two and also look at the pictures on the box and it will make sense. Make sure the cables are on the wheels. That's it. I just tried it out and so far it seems great; hopefully, it will hold up. I'm female, 5'4" and it looks like I will be able to use everything. I had wanted a home gym for a long time but space was an issue; this one doesn't take up a lot of space. I'll re-review it if something goes wrong but for now, I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought this today from Sam's Club. The Club Associates were too busy to help me load it. Another customer helped me get the very heavy box on a flatbed cart. I did Scan and Go. The Associate at the door just waived me out the door. When I got home I realized that i only had box one of three. I called the customer help desk they said there were supposed to be three box's, come back. The door check out person was supposed to check on that. I went back 10 miles, got box two and three. An associate counted the box's in the sales display. I was not the only customer to only take home box one of three. Yes, partially my fault, but.

We purchased this on a Sams club sale at a good price. I say it was not hard to assemble but you need to follow the directions which are only pictures. Once assembled it worked great and it provides a wide range of workout options. I’m pleased with the purchase.
