This was a tremendous value. Good solid construction. A lot of parts to assemble, but very easy and straight forward. I am not ususally good at assembling these types of things. The movements are good and the weight is heavy. I am very pleased. One of the best purchases I've made this year.

This compact home gym fits easily in the corner of my garage and provides a convenient setup for quick workouts. It offers a variety of exercises for each muscle group, making it versatile and effective. While I initially thought the 150-pound weight limit might be too light for some exercises, I found that with slight modifications, it works well. Pair it with some dumbbells and a cardio machine, and it becomes an excellent starting point for a novice home gym. My son and I set it up in just about 3 hours, it was pretty straight forward the only confusing part was stringing the cables. I'd recommend you go slow and dont tighten anything down until you're sure its correct.

I love this thing. There are SO MANY different exercises you can do without having to make any adjustments to anything. I got it assembled in about 3 hours. The directions are simple and strait forward. 150 lbs of resistance is more than enough for the average user. It's an outstanding value for the money.

I took all the parts out, placed them on the floor, then numbered them according to the directions with a marker and piece of masking tape. Next I took all of the bolts & screws out the original packaging and put them into plastic cups labeled according. This made the process of following the directions super easy. Make sure to open all the bags to find all the parts. Took me about a 4 hours to label all the parts and about 4 hours to put it together. Which I split into 2 days. Having an adjustable wrench & vice grips was useful.

Overall, the assembly instructions provided were good relative to the number of pieces in the boxes. Our adult son and I took about 4 hours to fully put it together. Very versatile home gym with several different workouts for different parts of the body. Everything seems to work as expected.

i bought this when it was on sale, the assembly process wasn't that bad. im 6'3" and im able to use this, use the chain extension for the standing curls or else the length will max out early. and i needed to use a bolt instead of a clamp for the lat pull down to maximize the distance for my arms to reach the pulldown bar but other than that everything works great

I've had this for a month now. It was fun to put together, took me about 8 hours. Nice looking. I am disappointed that minimum weight is two bars about 17 pounds. For starters with leg and certain arm exercises this is too much. I will get hurt not being able to work up to this weight. I think there would be a way to adjust, but company said no. So my use of this machine is very limited.

The home gym was delivered to our house. I suggest scheduling a time for delivery, we did not and they window for delivery was about 6 hours, tying up my day. It was well packaged and all parts sealed in plastic and well marked, making it easier to follow instructions for assembly. It took about 4 hours for assembly. All the pulleys and weights move smoothly. While I like this home gym, I only rated as a 3 because of these drawbacks:1 When doing exercises standing in front of the home gym, I find I have to put the front of my feet on the bar that holds the front plate on and lean my knees into the pads to stay balanced, otherwise, lifting the weight pulls me over forward. 2 When doing a leg lift, my feet drag on the bar that holds the front plate on, so I have to keep my feet as far to the outside as possible to miss the bar. It works for me. I am 5'10.5". Seems like it would be a bigger problem for a taller person. 3. When doing tricep exercise or curls, it is easy to hit the hard stops, seems like there should be a larger range of motion for the weights. 4. When doing lats, there is barely enough room to pull down the bar without hitting other parts of the machine. These drawbacks have been only a minor inconvenience for. The home gym works smoothly. I'm glad I bought it, but slight changes to the design could make it better.

Has nothing to do with the machine but everything to do with Sam's club!!! I bought this machine online & picked it up at the local Sams club in Humble, Tx. They brought out one box, loaded it in my truck & i left. When it was time to put it togother we soon realized that i was missing 2 more boxes, the ones with the weights. I tried calling the store but of course no one would anwer the phone .. I mean, its not their job right!!!! Sooooo I went to the Sams club to get my other 2 boxes. The young guy that came up to "help" me had very LITTLE concern in my issue. He walked so slow that a turtle could have won that race by a mile!!! He went to the back to go look for my 2 missing boxes. While he was gone i waited at the customer service desk, where the young lady that was working it lookedbat the phone when it rang & siad "uh hu!!" Aahhh now I see WHY my call wasn't answered either!!!!! SMH!! The young guy comes back & tells me that they don't have any more of those machines! Uhhhhhh WHHAAAAATTT!!. So WHERE are my missing 2 boxes that went with my set ?? You know, since they all come with THREE boxes when purchased!!!!??? I called Sams corporate & told them the issue. They're response was for me to take it up with the local Sams club that I purchased the item from!!! I JUST TRIED THAT!!!!! So now I have a workout machine that I can't even use!!!! I searched on line every Sams within a 50 mile radius to find the parts i needed. OUT OF STOCK at every store!!! So I contacted the manufacturer!!! Told them what had taken place. With my proof of sale & a little information in an email, they are sending me the 2 bixes that i am missing!!!! Check your purchases beofre leaving Sams!!!

After almost two months and many phone calls to customer service (in India I think) I finally received my gym…it came so close to Christmas that I haven’t had time to assemble it, this all started November 5th and it was delivered Dec. 18 th I think. I’m not sure about the gym, I am very disappointed with Sam’s and with the shipping co. I will never do this again!
