Has nothing to do with the machine but everything to do with Sam's club!!! I bought this machine online & picked it up at the local Sams club in Humble, Tx. They brought out one box, loaded it in my truck & i left. When it was time to put it togother we soon realized that i was missing 2 more boxes, the ones with the weights. I tried calling the store but of course no one would anwer the phone .. I mean, its not their job right!!!! Sooooo I went to the Sams club to get my other 2 boxes. The young guy that came up to "help" me had very LITTLE concern in my issue. He walked so slow that a turtle could have won that race by a mile!!! He went to the back to go look for my 2 missing boxes. While he was gone i waited at the customer service desk, where the young lady that was working it lookedbat the phone when it rang & siad "uh hu!!" Aahhh now I see WHY my call wasn't answered either!!!!! SMH!! The young guy comes back & tells me that they don't have any more of those machines! Uhhhhhh WHHAAAAATTT!!. So WHERE are my missing 2 boxes that went with my set ?? You know, since they all come with THREE boxes when purchased!!!!??? I called Sams corporate & told them the issue. They're response was for me to take it up with the local Sams club that I purchased the item from!!! I JUST TRIED THAT!!!!! So now I have a workout machine that I can't even use!!!! I searched on line every Sams within a 50 mile radius to find the parts i needed. OUT OF STOCK at every store!!! So I contacted the manufacturer!!! Told them what had taken place. With my proof of sale & a little information in an email, they are sending me the 2 bixes that i am missing!!!! Check your purchases beofre leaving Sams!!!

Okay they got me with a black Friday deal. First, off ordering and withdrawal from my account was in a timely fashion (SUPER FAST) However, delivery was a total mess. The carrier blamed Sam's club, Sam's club blamed the carrier, mean while the order set on a pilot in California over two weeks before being moved. I was promised 4 different delivery dates and still no shipment. I will never order from Sam's online again. My husband really needed the equipment for physical therapy after surgery and he returned to work 4 weeks later still no shipment. SMH! I am thoroughly disappointed in this process.

I ordered this as a curbside pickup. Three weeks later, we finally got around to putting it together and find we are missing a lot of items. Turns out we were only given 1 box of 3. I call the club and they state they have the other boxes. I return to obtain those and they only have box 2 of 3 and wanted to give me two of those. They were unable to supply box 3 of 3. Unfortunately, I will be retuning the one and only box we were provided.

Good for limited space and limited working out. For me the price makes it a 5 but that's a bad rating to justify anyone buying for serious working out. The weight total is sufficient, it went together effortlessly, but I am intuitive like that. But its easy to assemble, easy to use, a little tight where you sit to do bench and butterfly. Honestly if I had to pay the list price, I wouldn't recommend or purchase. So far I am satisfied and its great to get some action on the ol muscles. Comes with myriad of attachments, that makes it fully functional from day one. I used over $75 dollars in Sam's points to justify my purchase. If looking for a minimal footprint and decent workout ability, this will suffice at a reasonable price.

I've had this for a month now. It was fun to put together, took me about 8 hours. Nice looking. I am disappointed that minimum weight is two bars about 17 pounds. For starters with leg and certain arm exercises this is too much. I will get hurt not being able to work up to this weight. I think there would be a way to adjust, but company said no. So my use of this machine is very limited.

We are pleased with all aspects of the gym. Putting it together took time, but the hardware was identified and separated, so it wasn't frustrating. The finish looks like it will last for a very long time. Everything looks sturdy. It has a lot of exercise variations for our needs. We aren't body builders, just seniors trying to maintain our muscles. This is a lot more convenient than having to leave the house to exercise at a gym. Wish we would have purchased sooner.

It took awhile to get here and when it's finally here I had to install by myself so that took a while too. But for the price and the overall workouts you can do with this machine. It is absolutely great. I recommend having another person help install so its faster. Two heads are better than one for sure. I haven't officially used it yet but cant wait. It is some heavy duty, quality stuff. Took 1/3 of my garage space. I already have other gym stuff in there.

Great Machine. Set up by myself and I worked slowly to ensure everything was assembled properly. It took me 8 hours doing it alone and having never done this before. Instructions could’ve been better. Perfect addition to step up my fitness journey

I am disappointed with this purchase since we found out that there are missing parts. We need to call the company, order them and then try the process of assembling again.

Arrived on time for Christmas but assembly stopped with missing weight plates and customer service says it will take six to eight weeks delivery. Don’t purchase unless you have unwanted space filled with useless equipment
