The negative review is for Sams Club and the shipping company AIT Worldwide. I baught this TV (98-inch) on 10/8/2024. Two days later, I received an email from Sams Club informing me that the TV will be delivered on 10/16/2024.On 10/13/2024, I requested a delivery date change from 10/16/2024 to 10/18/2024 as I was out of state for business. The same day, I received a confirmation email from Sams Club that the new delivery date was 10/18/2024. On 10/16/2024, I was chocked when my doorbell camera showed two gentlemen leaving the TV in front of my entry door while I was still out of town. Even though Sams Club charged me $99 for shipping, I had to pay a friend to have him store the TV for me while I was away and paid him again for him to help me bring the TV to my house upon my arrival, I'll think twice before ordering any item at Sams Club in the future. This is the second time I'm having issue with Sams Club and their shipping/delivery companies. Last year, I baught an LG refrigerator on Sams Club's website. However, after their shippling company messed up the delivery (they delivered a dented refrigerator), I had to file a complaint with my credit card company before Sams Club returned my money. Another thing about my experience, I baught this TV for $2,997.99 on 10/8/2024. A month later, Sams Club and Walmart are selling this TV for $500 less. And of course, per Sams Club, this TV is not returnable. All in all, this TV is great except for its remote control, which is really tiny/small as if it was made children. I have another 86-inch Samsung TV with a small remote control. However, the one that came with the 98-inch TV is even smaller. .
