Needed something to keep our upstairs room cool, on hot days reaches 85 up stairs. this kept our room cool, it's quiet, easy to hook up. not sure what my energy bill will look like but helps with hot days

This Delonghi Pacan 500 sq ft Portable AC cools my living room, kitchen and play room very well. It is quiet and easy to operate. It was a good buy.

Our house air conditioner went out. Bought this and used room to room for a week. It worked well and no problems. Easy to use. Can see it will be used in emergencies and special situations. Vent hose about 6 feet but easy to use.

I purchased this portable AC unit and I'm very happy with it. The price was much cheaper at Sam's than other sources and the quality is the same as the higher priced units. Good investment!! QUIET TOO!!

I bought this recently and have been using it just about everyday since. I live in Hawaii and the humidity has been very bad, especially in the middle of the night when I'm sleeping. I bought this because I wasn't sleeping too well and it's been wonderful. I highly recommend this a/c unit.

The house is 1500 q ft. The front of the house gets the most sun and is hard to keep cool even with ceiling fans and keeping dark curtains closed. I put the a/c in a bedroom at the front of the house where it cools that room as well as the living room, another bedroom and the part of the kitchen. The thermostat is set at 78 for the rest of the house. As a bonus, the curtains can be open. Everyone sleeps well.

Switched from a Haier. This one sounds about like a fan on high speed. It cools my 12 x 24' attic rooms quickly. Picked it up at my local Sam's Club where they brought it out & put it in my car. I only have on negative comment. The morning after the first nights use, I had a terrible headache. I felt better that day and no effects since. Perhaps coincidence, just thought it worth mentioning.

I have a small home about 600 sq ft on each floor. This air conditioner quietly cooled the entire first floor from a suffocating 90 degrees to a comfortable 72 degrees. Set up was easy. To keep bugs out, I slipped the window panel into the leg of an ultra sheer stocking, then snapped the exhaust hose in place. So far, I'm happy.
