Cools great. App didn't work but that's all. This cools very well and is very quiet. We run it upstairs to help cool our master and 2 other small bedrooms- does well with the help of a box fan.

Our house air conditioner went out. Bought this and used room to room for a week. It worked well and no problems. Easy to use. Can see it will be used in emergencies and special situations. Vent hose about 6 feet but easy to use.

I already owned one and it works well. This one arrived with broken casters. Replacements are $14 plus my time to swap them out. Agent immediately offered to refund 10% which suited me.

I needed this while my central air was replaced. It was a little underpowered for what I needed (only handles 500 sq ft) but still did a pretty good job. It tells you to wait at least six hours if the unit was not kept in a vertical position so I had to live through one day of heat. Keep that in mind when you transport it home.

Had it just over a week and so far so good. Has a whisper mode which cuts noise by about 1/2. Not having to empty water tray is a plus. Cools the space I bought it for. Only reason for 4 stars is an inherent problem/pain with all portables, exhaust hose. As I said so far does what we wanted well.

We bought this unit for my husband to use in the garage (his shop) in July, but we use it way more in our bedroom at night. It works so well! It is quiet and keeps our room ice cold. Our a/c has not kept up well with the 103 degree heat and we can even put this in our living area to keep the temperature down. Definitely recommend!

I bought this for my travel trailer. Last summer was unbearable in the Texas heat. My ac ran from 6 am till 11pm without shutting off. It was over 85 degrees all day and half of the night. I got this and even on the warmer days (85 with the sun beating on me most of the day) this has kept it cool and my living area ac hasn't even run! Hopeful that it works as welll when it hits 100!
