The only thing good about it was Sam's Club return policy and service. Upon delivery, the box had clearly been opened and re-taped several times. The high pressure hose and several other parts were missing. I don't know if I got sent someone else's return without any sort of inspection or if the parts were stolen during the shipping process. I was so excited for this and read the other reviews that mentioned missing parts and hoped it was just a fluke. I wish I could give it a true product review but I never even had the opportunity to use it. Shipped it back immediately. I've since purchased a different brand from somewhere else.

Pressure washer works fine. Design has some flaws such as muffler is pointed at ground and will kill any plant it is near. Can't set this on your lawn without killing grass. The surface scrubber was dented on arrival. Also the pole that screws into the bottom as a handle was damaged. Box seemed fine with no visible damage so I am assuming it was damaged before packing. Not worth the headache of going back and forth. Wouldn't buy again.

Poor quality - used it twice and screws continue to vibrate out of engine.

It works great,Alot of bang for the buck, It has power beyond power, have used it around the property on a little bit of everything, we just moved into this property & we are cleaning things that haven't been cleaned in a very long time.

Easy start and easy to move around. Very powerful but you dont struggle to handle it. Rugged. Washed a 3100 sq 2 story house in less than 45 minutes. Rotator brush works well and gave me no issues. Cant go wrong here for this price.

Powerful enough to clean deep into concrete. Efficient enough to only have to spray or hover over an area once. Great value for a residential or "light" commercial use. The surface cleaner works great and is usually $60 itself. An opened box was delivered via UPS and missing the handgun. After a short call to the manufacturer, a handgun was received 3 days. FULLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great unit with plenty of power. At a great price. If you are on the fence about the Kohler Engine. Don't be. It is an industrial engine that starts with 1 pull. You wont regret purchasing. Did my entire driveway in 1 hour. The included concrete cleaner works well.

Received in its entirety in great shape. Once assembled and filled with fuel/oil commenced to start it up, but the throttle lever was too ridgid. I had to back out the throttle plate nut just enough to facilitate sliding the lever left and right for the desired rpm. Other than this minor inconvenience, the pressure washer starts right up!
