Great machine. I upgraded from a 2700 psi to this 3500 psi. You can feel the difference the first time you pull the trigger. I can reach the eaves on my 2nd story gable. Easy to assemble. The surface cleaner is made of steel, not plastic. Very durable.

Comes with five tips, a short wand, a surface scrubber, and a 25' hose. A 50' hose would have been better and a slightly longer wand, but these can be purchased anywhere. If you wish to clean a concrete driveway, the surface scrubber will cut the time to about 25% (1 hour instead of four). Make sure the driveway is swept first.

Have used the PS61115 to wash bricks on the house, wash the tractor, clean driveway and power scrubbed walkway. I also used to degrease the engine in my 1991 Ford F-150. Would recommend this product to anyone who wants a great entry level power washer. The wand could be a little longer.

Pressure washer works fine. Design has some flaws such as muffler is pointed at ground and will kill any plant it is near. Can't set this on your lawn without killing grass. The surface scrubber was dented on arrival. Also the pole that screws into the bottom as a handle was damaged. Box seemed fine with no visible damage so I am assuming it was damaged before packing. Not worth the headache of going back and forth. Wouldn't buy again.

Was impressed with this washer out of the box, BUT after only 2nd use the hose it came with burst. I contacted Simpson (the manufacturer), but they have not been responsive. I asked if they could simply ship me a replacement hose versus me having to return the entire unit to Sam's.

When i received my ordered i was so excited until i open the box and seen that my order was missing parts. It has been more then 2 weeks i try to get the issue fix but nothing ever got solved.

Machine would not come to pressure. Followed owners manual closely, watched youtube videos and did everything correctly. It appears to be a manufacturer issue.

Bolts Rattled Loose on First Use. We started up the unit and used for about 15 minutes, looked at the machine, and bolts had shaken loose and fell out of the unit.

First machine was sent imcomplete and returned, second one no pressure, the issue is that warrante team sent me to a repair shop where I need to pay $65 for trobleshooting a warratee issue. Tryed to return it and they will not accept it back, bacuse is the second. My machine has 5 minutes use, followed all manual reccomendations and It does not build up pressure. no solution from Simpson call center, Really hate I gave away my 20 years old reliable Karcher for this one.

Pain to get started, once running power washer walks slowly do to the vibration. The rubber "Feet" dont stand a chance on hard surface (concrete). Had to put on my grass to ensure it would not wander off into a vehicle in my driveway.
