Good one ,but not sure why it keep powering off !

Mine is powerful!.but it keeps powering off ! Not sure whats the problem .i request an exchange ,but the lady who was on customer service forgrt about and refunded it and they daid i have to reperchase it and when i went onling to buy one ,its out of stock .i need help

wand doesn't spray any water out

I use it once to do driveway. It worked fine took it to friends house to. do her patio, now Gun doesn't allow any water to spray out.. had hard time removing hose.
