Printer is great. Easy to set up, good features, very good print quality and color is bright.

Horrible! Do NOT buy! I've had it set up less than 6 months %26 keep having multiple issues. I continuously have to clean the print heads to get it to print correctly. The document feeder jams constantly so I try to scan it from the glass. Sometimes that works, other times, I get blank white pages. Very unreliable %26 very sorry I went with this one after all my research. It's such a headache %26 I wish I would've set it up sooner so I could return it. I'll go back to HP %26 pay the ink prices %26 at least I know that it'll work.

Printer kept going off line when left for a short period of time. Contacted Epson and they replaced it.

The scanner feature does not work at all. We are returning the printer. We have worked with our IT professional for hours and spent money on a piece of crap.

This is my second one I would never buy a printer that had cartridges ever. The one I’m replacing still works, but I’m taking it to my house and another state.

I found good deal on this printer at Sam's club. It is very compact and easy to operate. I was in the impression only HP printers are easy to setup and operate. But this printer is ore better and easy. i will recommend this printer.

The EcoTank is everything it should be and more. I am super happy with its performance and look forward to printing and copying in a professional manner with a pro machine. Have a great day!

this printer is so sophisticated you have to tell it every little detail in order for it to function properly like paper size and paper format it's ridiculous and I'm still still learning what's going to be the next obstacle
