I was happy with the Shark Lift-aways performance. My floors looked cleaner. Guess my older vacuum was not doing its job. :) My other vacuum had a different hose for carpet or hardwood floors. It is nice to just change the setting button. No changing out hoses. It also allows you to set the suction you want while vacuuming. . . min to max. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is it is heavier to use and it does not go under my bed the whole way. The tank prevents that. But other than that, it performs well.

The shark rotator does a great job. I like the LED lights that illuminates the dirt on the floor. I was extremely happy to get such a nice vacuum being a Sam club members at a great price. Shark has improved the vacuum in many areas compared to my older one. I like that one can detach the base and do stairwells very easily with just the canister. Good shipping. And would buy it again

Great performance with pet hair and everyday dirt. I was amazed to see how much it picked up. It is a bit heavy to lug around. For its size, it could use a better motor drive to reduce the amount of physical exertion needed to power it around the house. I'm relatively strong but it's a pretty good workout to clean all the carpets and floors in my home.

Wonderful suction and easily lifted! We have only had this vacuum for about 1 month but so far I have nothing negative to say about the vacuum. Once shipped to our apartment, the box was pretty banged up and taped together but the vacuum inside seemed to be just fine. No hair clogs as of yet and can pick up flour, glitter, or googly eyes easily.

The unit was easy to assemble and works well. I appreciate the multiple options for use with the various attachments. I also like the swivel ball which makes it easy to get under furniture and around corners. I wish it were a little more lightweight. Outside of that, it's a nice vacuum cleaner.

I have been through so many vacuum cleaners - a few years ago I invested in a Dyson Animal canister vacuum because I have 4 cats... I absolutely hate that vacuum and felt so frustrated that it was so cheaply made - small but important plastic pieces broke off, the brush rollers would get tangled up all the time and it filled up with dirt so fast. I got this Shark because I remember years ago that I owned one and liked it very much but after a few years I gave it to my son when he went to college. After seeing this was on sale at Sam's I thought I'd give it a try - and am I glad I did!!! I LOVE how this vacuum does not get my long hair wrapped around it, its suction is AMAZING, it glides with ease on my carpets, hardwood floors and doesn't suck up the smaller rugs - also, I LOVE the led lights so I can see all the gross stuff it is sucking up that my Dyson left behind!!! Honestly, I could go on and on about how great this vacuum is especially compared with the Dyson Animal I have - I can not believe Dyson is so cheaply built and doesn't have even half the features this one does. The ONLY complaint I have about this vacuum that my Dyson DOES have is a retractable cord... it's a long cord on the Shark and a bit of a pain to wrap back up and work around when vacuuming but well worth putting up with for the ease of use and cleaning.

Vacuum works great. But when you are trying to switch from floors to brush attachments the rods do not want to release. It get's very frustrating and it's kind of awkward trying to hold the button in while pulling. I also think it should have came with an edger to get into cracks and corners most of the attachments are a little too wide for window corners. Suction is great and it does do a very good job on the floors.

the older model i liked better. Seems to have more features. Light on wand for example. Also the cord is on the right hand side should be on the left. TheI do like that you can choose your suction high or low. Also had to return older model twice so lets see if this one holds up better.

I really like the Shark Rotator Lift-Away Duo Clean Pro vacuum. It has excellent power and picks up dirt and dog hair with no problem. A great feature is it is light weight. I am a senior citizen and have no problem picking it up. The one issue I have is purchasing additional attachments for this particular model. It is difficult to find brush type attachments that fit this vacuum. Otherwise it is great.

Newer and upgrade to the rotator professional. Bought that one 8 years ago. Still runs good. Attachments fit from old to new. This model has more suction, smooth running vacuum, well made. I jumped when i saw for $100 dollars cheaper for a few days. Even at full price it's worth it. It's great on carpet and hard floors.
