This vac has been great. I like that it is bagless, it is lighter weight than my other 2 (which I am now getting rid of). I do wish it came with a brush attachment instead of the under appliance wand. The wand is not functional for me, it does not fit under any of my appliances. I will be purchasing attachments from Shark.

Bought this for my mom as i thought it was like ours. It was not. It is heavy and seems cheaply made. It doesn't come apart easily as it should to be able to use the features and the part that shouldn't come apart kept coming apart. We are returning

I actually like the way the dyson picks up better... i was hoping this one would pick up like my dyson 15 years old and it is still going strong... this one does not have a brush for vacuming wood furniture surfaces... sad... but it swivels really well almost so well that it wont go in a straight line. It is as heavy as my yellow dyson too. I think i just need to get use to it... so i need more time with it. It is a solid machine. And gets in tighter places with its head but i have not checked to see if hair is stuck in it yet.

Picked up dog hair great .Swivel head really helped to vacuum. Only problem was vacuum was delivered and put in front of garage, close to sidewalk and street. It was not put at front door.our area has packages stolen.So I was lucky no one took it.so I was upset about delivery.

I really like the Shark Rotator Lift-Away Duo Clean Pro vacuum. It has excellent power and picks up dirt and dog hair with no problem. A great feature is it is light weight. I am a senior citizen and have no problem picking it up. The one issue I have is purchasing additional attachments for this particular model. It is difficult to find brush type attachments that fit this vacuum. Otherwise it is great.

the older model i liked better. Seems to have more features. Light on wand for example. Also the cord is on the right hand side should be on the left. TheI do like that you can choose your suction high or low. Also had to return older model twice so lets see if this one holds up better.

I have long waist length curly hair and 2 dogs who are about medium shedders. I use this vacuum almost everyday on both tile and carpet and it works great! I also love the pet attachment! My dogs do not get on the couch but because they are big dogs they lean on it and the couch gets some hair on the bottom area of the couch. I just quickly run the hose with the vacuum attachment on it and it works great! I have no complaints about this vacuum and I'm sticking with shark products. I'm already looking at the robot vacuum with the same self cleaning brush roll to take care of my tile flooring at night so that I'm only using the vacuum for the carpet areas. ( so I don't spend an hour vacuuming every day)

Brand new out if the box but didn't work. Sam's replaced it right away but the second one didn't work either. I reached out to shark directly and it sounds like a faulty piece they are sending me a replacement part to see if it fixes the problem. No fault on Sam's club end they were helpful in attempt to correct the issue as much as they were able:)

There are a few features I would rate with 5 stars: how quiet it is, the light on the front, how easy it is to dump the debris, and how easily the vacuum swivels. However, I do not like how heavy it is, the suction is average, the hose does not extend much or easily when using attachments; it is does not glide well and hard to push, and the attachments are cheap. The pet/stair attachment is based on air suction, and when you have a little pressure the rotation stops.

I was happy with the Shark Lift-aways performance. My floors looked cleaner. Guess my older vacuum was not doing its job. :) My other vacuum had a different hose for carpet or hardwood floors. It is nice to just change the setting button. No changing out hoses. It also allows you to set the suction you want while vacuuming. . . min to max. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is it is heavier to use and it does not go under my bed the whole way. The tank prevents that. But other than that, it performs well.
