This Shark Rotator Lift-Away vacuum cleaner has been one of the best vacuum cleaners I have ever purchased. We have two house cats with a lot of fur. It gets the job done. For the price, the accessories, the light weight, ease of use and quietness is awesome. I did not realize how ineffective and loud my old vacuum had become. Great Purchase, highly recommend!.

This is the third I've bought for our new church building [had two and needed another] and using a volunteer staff to clean they've all loved it! That is important to me- to have volunteers like the equipment since they'll stick around and use it more. I think a few might even have bought one for their home [I know I did in the last year after using it]. Very versatile and cleans well. Easy to clean. Great attachments [just yesterday I had a guy clean the chairs in the worship center with the little attachment that uses air suction to operate a little rotating brush.] Would recommend to anyone [and have!]

What an awesome vacuum cleaner. Easy to handle and vacuum. Suction power on hardwood and rug was outstanding and exactly what I wanted. So quiet on hardwood floors with the foam roller. The attachments are great. One attachment for furniture-steps, one for under refrigerator - stove is so useful and typical corner - curtain attachment. Dust bin is so easy to empty. The lights are so bright to see where you are vacuuming. The cord is 30 feet long and I love that I do not have to keep moving the plug to vacuum. Goes under most furniture which is fantastic. Overweight is perfect. So happy I selected this Shark. Highly recommend!!! The price is excellent. Go for it. Time to upgrade that old heavy lug you are using.

Right now this Shark Rotator Lift-Away DuoClean Pro vacuum is the best I've owned. It picks up the dog hair and dirt as advertised and there hasn't been any dusty smell from the vacuum. I haven't had it very long. Used it about 15 times, but if it's like my other Shark vacuum, it will hold up. It's also less noisy than other vacuums.

I have had this vacuum a couple of weeks now. It works much better than my old one that was supposed to be a good brand that I paid over $300.00 for. I do empty it after each use so the complaints I have seen about it not holding enough didn't matter to me. It has taken a bit of getting used to taking off the handle to use the attachments. I do love how it has the handle to use when using an attachment to vacuum furniture or get the cobwebs from along the ceiling and floor boards. It is much easier to hold onto like that. I have had to wash the round foam filter a couple of times already but we do have a lot of dust in house. The filters are doing a wonderful job of trapping it so I don't mind having to wash them. There is no 'vacuum' odor. I love how well it can reach under the furniture without having to remove the handle and using an attachment. This works great for picking up dog hair! I do notice that when vacuuming every so often a blob of dog hair comes out from under the vacuum. I have found this is the brush cleaner just cleaning the hair off the roller. I just vacuum over it and it picks right up. I love the double roller. Before when I would vacuum my wood and tile floors the bits would get picked up but with the double roller the dust on the floor also gets picked up leaving the floor shiny. The only problem I do have with it is the crevice attachment is very tight fitting onto the base of the vacuum. I have a hard time getting it off to use and to put back on. If you don't like to empty the bin all the time you might want to go for something with a bigger capacity. For me though this works fine as I don't like to leave a dirty bin sitting around. It took me about a year to make up my mind on what vacuum I wanted to replace my old one with. When I seen the price of this at Sam's Club I ordered it right away. Knowing that I could return this easily if I had any problems with Sam's return policy.

When finished don't turn off right away let in run. The comb in the back will remove the hair from tangling up. I found this to help. Most of us turn the vacuum off immediately.

This vacuum does everything states and more. We kept our old vacuum to see what the difference would be and it was pretty amazing. After we vacuumed with our old vacuum we went over the carpets again and the container was full. Could not believe all the extra dirt and hair the Shark picked up that our old vacuum left on the carpet. We have Lab that sheds year round, so the dog hair that is now getting picked up is amazing. Works get on carpet and wood floors. Have not used all the neat attachments that come with the SHARK. That will be coming soon.

I have been using the new vacuum for a few weeks and I like it. The suction is good and seems to fluff my carpet more than my last vacuum. The wand works well. I like that I can easily switch back and forth between carpet sweeper and floor sweeper. It does a good job on bare floors. It's a little heavier than I anticipated and it can be a little awkward to move into tight spots.

I like the way the Shark vacuums the carpet and the hard floors. I find the handle not to be the most comfortable to hold and maneuver the vacuum around the floor and it is a heavy vacuum. That doesn't mean that it isn't a great vacuum cleaner. I was amazed at all that it picks up. I have two dogs so it has really help keep the house cleaner.

I haven't put the vacuum together yet, but the package came in terrible condition. It was obviously a floor model or a return and everything was just thrown into the box except the instruction manual. The box wouldn't even close properly and so it was taped at odd angles. Not sure if I will ever order from Sam's again.
