I bought it about a month ago and I am very pleased for the fact that it truly vacuums my hair without the need to dismantle the brush. I am satisfied for its functionality.

This vaccume is awesome. Great job of removing pet hair. I even had a cat throw up some food on our carpet but this vaccume is so strong it actually picked up all the dried food. I highly reccomend it.

This is my second Shark vacuum. They think of everything. We have a 90 pound long hair dog, so I used to spend as much time cutting hair out of the brush roller as I did vacuuming, No more - this works as promised!

When finished don't turn off right away let in run. The comb in the back will remove the hair from tangling up. I found this to help. Most of us turn the vacuum off immediately.

Vacuum has fantastic suction. I did not receive any extensions with this offer. The only drawback is that this vacuum is very heavy. I am 65 and not weak, but I would not recommend this if you don't want to lug around a heavy vacuum.

This is my third shark. I don't The the way the lift away work. Very hard to vacuum under beds Pet brush not as nice as my first and second vacuums with the pet brush

I loved my old Dyson but 2years ago it needed to be replaced so I went for the animal ball which was a huge mistake. It was too heavy, clogged constantly and was a royal pain to unclog unlike my previous Dyson. Hated it from day 1 but too much trouble to return to dyson so I struggled with it until 2021. I had bought a smaller Shark for upstairs and was having to bring it downstairs when I was frustrated with the Dyson. Decided to get a bigger shark to use downstairs. I sent my Dyson off with someone who needed a vacuum along with 15 accessories and 3 years left on the warranty. They have no pets, so maybe it won't clog as much. My new shark is a breeze , lightWeight making it easy for me to move around and my first clog was so easy. So far I only have 2 complaints, none of which affect the overall work of the Shark. 3 tools and only 2 places to put them and the dust bucket is too small but easy to clean. That I appreciate as I wash a bucket quite frequently. Filters are easy to wash also.

I LOVE the Shark Vacuum!!! We moved into a New Lake House & My Husband thought we were going to have to replace the downstairs carpeting. It LOOKED brand new after using the Shark Vacuum! It filled the whole dust cup with dust & dirt. It was so easy to use on the steps too. I LOVE THE SHARK VACUUM❤

The duo clean works REALLY well! Made my carpet look great & picked up a Lot of imbedded dog hair! Only issue, and why I gave it 4 stars it the weight... significantly heavier than my prior Shark vacuum. Love the fact the beater head is replaceable - which wasn't available before. Hoping for many years for dog hair-free floors!

I picked this out for my wife after her old trusty canister vac finally died. She would never spend this much for a vacuum, but I read a ton of reviews and videos and took a leap of faith. And boy am I glad I did. I was more excited than her to unbox it and put it to work. I was amazed at the suction. Even with the suction valve fully open, it sucked a rug up into the brushes, hafta hold the rug with your foot. There was a lot of hair in it, but none on the rollers. About the only con I have is that the rollers cannot be stopped except by standing it straight up which makes it hard to move. Great price on a great vacuum.
