Works great. Ran over my carpet with a clean canister to see how much I got picked up. Did a god job for being over 7 years old. Then I used this new one. Holy moses! I got quite a bit more up! I was shocked! I've been losing quite a bit if hair the last few months due to medical issue, wanted to see if the roller was truly "hair free" it was!

The vacuum performs excellently on carpet and hardwood floors alike. It picks up very fine dirt effortlessly. I have yet to see any hair (human or animal) wrapped around the roller. Beware, though, it will strip the plastic right off of cables. Do not run over cables with this vacuum.

We have had the vacuum for about 2 weeks, and so far so good. Seems to have very good suction and is very easy to maneuver. Didn't realize it is almost self propelling. The design and attachments make it very flexible for a lot of uses from vacuuming stairs, upholstery, window treatments and getting cobwebs off of high ceilings. Love that hair doesn't get tangled in the rollers... with three women in the house, this is a game changer. Just hope it works this well for years to come. My only suggestion is that when you empty the collection chamber... do it in an outside trash can as it can be very dusty...(the amount of dust it pics up is pretty horrifying.)

I loved my old Dyson but 2years ago it needed to be replaced so I went for the animal ball which was a huge mistake. It was too heavy, clogged constantly and was a royal pain to unclog unlike my previous Dyson. Hated it from day 1 but too much trouble to return to dyson so I struggled with it until 2021. I had bought a smaller Shark for upstairs and was having to bring it downstairs when I was frustrated with the Dyson. Decided to get a bigger shark to use downstairs. I sent my Dyson off with someone who needed a vacuum along with 15 accessories and 3 years left on the warranty. They have no pets, so maybe it won't clog as much. My new shark is a breeze , lightWeight making it easy for me to move around and my first clog was so easy. So far I only have 2 complaints, none of which affect the overall work of the Shark. 3 tools and only 2 places to put them and the dust bucket is too small but easy to clean. That I appreciate as I wash a bucket quite frequently. Filters are easy to wash also.

The best vacuum on the market! We have 4 kids, 2 dogs, and a kitten. This vacuum picks up everything.

Love this vacuum for my vinyl plank flooring. Does a great job with my rugs. If you have high pile carpet this vacuum would be hard to move around with the high downward suction.

This is my second Shark Vacuum. I purchased the Shark Navigator 5 years ago. It still works perfectly. I now have one for upstairs and downstairs. No more lugging vacuums to different levels of the house.

I've always been a fan of Shark products. The Rotator does not disappoint. I have 3 dogs, 2 cats and two adults with long hair in my home. It does a great job cleaning up all the hair. Good product for a good price. I highly recommend.

So far, so good. Had the same model in the past. Lasted 2 years before the belts broke and had to be replaced. Then a few months later the hose ripped. Hoping this one lasts longer. Great features and maneuvers well.

I owned the previous version of this model and the “improvements” are definitely a downgrade. The old version had a light in the wand, the power button and floor type switches were conveniently located in the handle, it had a really tight turning radius and the power cord was in a good location. This “new and improved” version has no light in the wand, the power button is down by the canister, adjusting for floor type is now some weird thing down on the wand that you have to twist, it does not make nearly as sharp of turns and the placement of the power cord is a tripping hazard. I gave it 3 stars because it does have a lot of suction and the canister is pretty easy to empty.
