This Shark is almost everything I was looking for in a vacuum. The size, power and ease of use is much appreciated. I have a smaller Shark Rocket Deluxe Pro I purchased in Dec. 2018, so I knew the quality should be good in this Life-Away and it is.

This vaccum is amazing. Picks up so much dirt and dust. The attachments are awesome. The vacuum in its upright position is a little bit heavy, and doesnt self-propell like some vacuums do. But its so effective in what it does, I dont mind. I was quick to get used to it. I have long hair that normally gets tangled in other vacuums, but not this one. By taking the canister off, the vacuum becomes much lighter and makes cleaning the stairs very easy. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and would purchase it all over again.

I absolutely LOVE my new vacuum! It took a short time to get used to the swivel, but now I wouldn't want a vacuum without it. It's light, navigates around corners/walls easily and has a very powerful suction. I love that I can easily lift out the wand to vacuum a crevice and pop it right back in to keep going without having to spend a lot of time switching attachments and hoses. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it to others. My last vacuum was of commercial quality and although it worked pretty well, it was heavy, bulky, and hard to switch the hoses to vacuum the crevices.

There is only one negative feature...the weight. I find it to be very heavy , I am keeping it because the suction is amazing. I couldn't believe how much it picked after I vacuumed with my old Shark. As long as you don't have to carry this one upstairs it works great!

I bought this for my daughter as a gift. She has been using it for a few weeks, so far she loves it. It was a bit heavier than we thought it would be but overall the features are great. I loved that I ordered it online and it was already in a cart and ready to go when I got to Sams. It was also on sale when I got it so the price was fantastic.

I would have given it 5 stars, however, it is heavy to push around. It deep cleans the carpets, and the carpets look like new. I truly love the front beater bar it picks up the finest dust particles and shines my wood floors! And it detaches, so you can wash it when necessary. I also, like the detachable handle and wand feature too. As well as it being bag less, so easy to dump out the debris. I would recommend.

I have only had the vacuum cleaner a few weeks, but so far I love it! I does a very good job, is not as loud as my old one, and with the longer hose, I can reach into corners and the ceiling much easier. My only complaint is that the dust cup is smaller than I would like, which means I have to empty it more often, but that's not a big deal.

I love this vacuum overall. I stepped up from a previous Shark vacuum. This one is much easier to clean and access blockages. Loving the ease of going from carpet to hard floors. The one thing I don't like in the design is the filters. There's sooooooo much dust that goes down into the second and third filter that when you take them out it gets dust down into the motor, which is a major problem. I'm not a huge fan of the attachments. The older version of the small attachment had a brush on it. This one doesn't and it just seems to not do a good job. Enjoying the under appliance attachment for under furniture I can't move. Glad I picked this one!

There are a few features I would rate with 5 stars: how quiet it is, the light on the front, how easy it is to dump the debris, and how easily the vacuum swivels. However, I do not like how heavy it is, the suction is average, the hose does not extend much or easily when using attachments; it is does not glide well and hard to push, and the attachments are cheap. The pet/stair attachment is based on air suction, and when you have a little pressure the rotation stops.
