It's heavy, hard to move around. Works ok on hard floor, but not on high pile carpets. It gets jammed every five minutes.

This has to be one of the best vacuum I've ever had. It's lightweight yet has super suction. When you shift from carpet to the floor it cleans so well it looks like you've used a dust mop.

This is my second Shark, different model but same super powerful cleaner. Only difference is this model is heavier than my old Shark, I don't know if I would recommend this for elderly or people with disabilities. I do however recommend Shark brand.

Have only used it twice so far, but it has definitely done the job. It scared me how much stuff was in my carpets that my previous vacuum wasn't getting.

Great pick up and cleaning power on both carpet and solid flooring. Easy to maneuver and empty. Surprised at how much pet hair and dirt it picks up compared to our old vacuum. We have three dogs.

This Shark is almost everything I was looking for in a vacuum. The size, power and ease of use is much appreciated. I have a smaller Shark Rocket Deluxe Pro I purchased in Dec. 2018, so I knew the quality should be good in this Life-Away and it is.

I purchased this one because of the front roller type. Most of my floors are hard flooring. It works well on both hard floors and carpeting. Only used it a couple times so far but does a great job.

Purchased for a gift, recipient is very happy with vacuum. Canister lift off is great to help reach high places like ceiling fans, tops of blinds, doing stairs.

Excellent brush work on carpet fiber, makes it look new. The lift-off is very handy for my hard to reach areas. Sam's price was good so I replaced an old Dyson. This one works better.
