its a great vacuum BUT It gets hot after about 20 minutes and shuts down. You have to wait until it cools down to turn it back on. I've only had it a few months and only use it maybe once every week or 2.

My kids and I used this sweeper to clean almost daily! We have 3 dogs, so sweeping is a must!! It lasted about 3 years BUT at least my kids loved sweeping with it!! Truly they beat the heck out of this vacuum and it keeps going!!

Probably the best vacuum I have purchased in a long time! 1 long haired large dog and 2 cats and this leaves the carpet looking brand new. Is kinda heavy and wish the wand came with an extension tube. Aside from that I love it.

We bought this vacuum specifically for the features it has. We have a very large dog with a double coat and he sheds immensely! The suction is wonderful and the rolls on the bottom don't get hair wound around them. It is worth every penny!

It heated up and stopped working today after 11 months. I contacted Sam's club and the warranty is 90 days so beware, I was vacuuming the floor and suddenly felt some hot air and then it stopped working,

I am beyond happy with my new vacuum cleaner. With the dog and cat it has been amazing. My only request is a retractable plug. This would make it 100% perfect

Was a great vacuum cleaner while it lasted, but after talking to 7 vacuum cleaner repair shops they all said Sharks wear out within 3-5 years on average and then you can't get the needed parts to fix it and wind up having to buy a new one. They all said Shark basically makes an unrepairable vacuum cleaner that wears out quickly. It gets a 2-star rating because it isn't cheap and doesn't last.

Very disappointed. It extremely heavy, bulky and hard to control. To use the hose for cleaning is even worse. Take the hose loose and it's like have the machine falls apart. I have used Shark for years and years but this is the worst purchase I have made in a long time. Never again will I get a Shark. I have learned my lesson.

Good and bad on this vacum but mostly bad. Good: lightweight, i like the lift away feature for stairs, i like the soft brush in the front for. hard floors. Bad: stopped working after about 6 months, exchanged it for another and it also stopped working after about 5 months! It gets clogged easily, i was constantly having to clean it out, Smells after a few uses i could smell the dirt when we use it from the exhaust. We have large dogs that shed so i vacum every day. It is important to me to have a high quality vacum. In my opinion this was junk. I would not recommend.

I've had this for around 6 months and it's already broken. I'm not pleased with this product.
