[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two dogs, one with long, fluffy hair and the other with a sleek, short coat. Between the two animals, there is every shape and size of dog hair in my home, and keeping the fur and dander at bay feels like my part-time job. So, for its suction power alone, I'm thrilled with the Shark Rotator Lift-Away DuoClean Pro! It has so much more suction than my old vacuum (which was a "pet vacuum"). In fact, I have to be careful using it on rugs because they can get sucked up! There are so many reasons to love the Rotator. Assembly was super-simple, and the pieces snap together securely but release easily, too. The Rotator is easy to maneuver into tight corners and under furniture, and it sucks up everything in its path. I wasn't sure what “Self-Cleaning Brushroll” meant until I saw that hair does not get tangled around the brushroll at all! I'm used to having to clean off the brushroll myself, so I really appreciate this feature. The Lift-Away pod is amazing for stairs, furniture, even drapery; I was able to easily detach the pod on my first try. So simple! My carpet has never looked this clean, and my hardwood floors are spotless. The amount of fur and dirt in the canister after just one quick use is astounding (see photo). I've owned, and loved, other Shark vacuums but this one is extra-amazing. It comes with an array of attachments; I love the upholstery tool and the pet power brush. Dare I say it? The Shark Rotator makes vacuuming easy and fun!

I am super happy with the self-cleaning brush roll that keeps hair from clogging up the system. However, my favorite feature has to be the Lift-Away pod. Cleaning the stairs is so quick and easy now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about two weeks maybe if I'm not mistaken and I'm loving it haha it's honestly the best vacuum I have had so far.i didn't realize how much hair it was on my carpet till I pass my vacuum it picked it up so easily and it made my carpet look so clean with just one passed I didn't need to go over in the same spot like other vacuums

I inherited my mom's Shark Rotator Professional that she bought at Sam's a few years ago. It lost all suction and it's not worth it to repair a Shark so I went to Sam's and bought this model. My first impression was that it is not as easy to use as the Rotator Professional. It's harder to push and pull. The Professional had on-board tool storage, this one has storage for the crevice device and upholstery tool only. On the plus side, this model has an attachment to get under appliances. I haven't used it yet but it sounds like a good idea. The pet attachment for this model is completely useless. It gets bogged down immediately. This model's suction seems adequate. I have dogs and if I get down on my hands and knees I can see some of the dog hair has been missed but for the most part, it does a reasonable job. Where this model really shines is it's self-cleaning brushroll. It is a miracle. I have long hair and it is everywhere. Once around the house with the old Professional and I had to get out the scissors and go to town. This vacuum had zero hair around the brushroll. I don't know how they do it but it is magic. Bottom line: It's fine. It's a vacuum and it picks up most of the stuff on my floor.

This vacuum is sooo amazing! I got it on sale at my local Walmart for almost half off! The suctioning on this vacuum is seriously amazing! Unfortunately though, I have my own cleaning company and will not be able to bring it to my clients homes, Ill have to use it at my home. It literally almost suctioned up my dogs entire stuffed moose, a bunch of cords, and almost suctioned up my bedroom curtains that I was not that close to. And I cant risk that at a clients house. But having two golden retrievers, and a vacuum like that.... its a MUST HAVE
