[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me first say this thing is a BEAST of all vaccums ive owned. We have the first model of this vaccum from a few years ago the red model. We looked into a vaccum upgrade because we had 2 dogs which meant twice the hair. We researched alot of vaccums and thought it fit our needs best. It works but its alright. I am so glad I got to upgrade to this one, because it holds twice as much meaning less times to have to stop and empty the container. BUT also makes a VERY DEEP CLEAN, and I can see that in results of just doing this little rug by itself and it brought up that much hair. I was SO IMPRESSED I have never seen that rug spotless with a vaccum and roomba at the same time. This vaccum is GREAT for tackling the tough pet hair! Also its a little bulky but as easy to move on a dime like our first gen model but I think it will take some working in yet. BUt I love the accessories it came with to clean steps and Ill use it on the couch. But this vaccum is EVERYTHING it really works and has maxium suction. I would reccomend to all my dog lovers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is everything I imagined it would be. First thing I love is that it cleans all types of flooring. Literally every floor in my home, this can be used on. I have vinyl plank floors, ceramic tile, regular carpeting, low pile area rugs and shaggy area rugs. It works on them all. It doesn't suck up the edges of the rug because you can very easily control the suction by a switch near the top of the handle. No bending over to the ground. It works on my shaggy rugs as well and glides easily over the high pile carpet. I've always had issues with vacuums being extremely hard to push on my shag area rugs but not this one! Second reason I love it is because NO HAIR gets wrapped round the beater bar. None. Zilch. Zero. It's amazing. My daughter and I have long hair and this was always an issue. Not anymore! Third reason is the lift-away feature to clean stairs is awesome and makes it so easy. Fourth reason, it's easy to clean and empty out the dust collection cup. It is a little heavy but there really isn't a reason you need to be carrying this vacuum all over unless you have to use it on multiple floors. It glides easily from room to room and I use the lift-away feature to do my stairs so I don't have to carry the entire vacuum. It's not enough of a big deal to me to take away a star. Everything else about it is amazing and you can tell the process to design these vacuums was great. Definitely recommend this 100%!

It maneuvers very easily from carpet to hard floor. It has excellent suction. It's picks up dirt from every surface. My house is cleaner than ever. The lift away mode worked great for take along to clean stairs and to vacuum my truck. The LED lights are great. They make it very easy to see dark areas. The HEPA filters are wonderful for all in my family who have allergies. The self cleaning brush roll is amazing for no more hair wrapping around it. I can honestly say this is my favorite shark vacuum. I've owned several. Shark makes amazing products. I highly recommend this great vacuum. Go out and get one now. You won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is amazing. There are so many great features that I love. I love how you can use this vacuum on hardwood floors and carpet. It is also different from other vacuums I've used because it actually has a self cleaning brush on the bottom! I was amazed that the roller on the bottom of the vacuum is soft and not just bristles like I am normally used to. I've used this vacuum to clean my curtains in my living room and my ceiling fans. It also comes with an attachment that you can use to clean under your couches or other furniture and I used it and am so amazed at how it picked up everything that was under my couches like crumbs from food. I also love that it has a light on the bottom so you can see the floor better. And one last feature that I couldn't get enough of is that the suction of the vacuum is phenomenal. Shark is amazing considering their vacuum product line.

I cannot believe all the places I was able to clean that I couldn't clean before with my other sweeper. I like that this vacuum is much easier to push than my other sweeper. The Shark was very easy to clean. I was always messy after cleaning my other vacuum. I look forward to many years of using this vacuum. Thank you!!

There was nothing wrong with, just felt time for an upgrade. This new shark vacuums really well. The power is really good for a compact lightweight vacuum, and I'm happy with how easy and light it moves around my apartment. It easily gets into corners and I have no trouble quickly vacuuming when needed. Switches easily between hardwood and carpet, and settings to adjust make it easy to use. I'm happy with this vacuum and would recommend to anyone looking.

We just used it for the first time and my carpet looks totally new. This thing sucked up dirty I didn't even know was in our carpets. Between the two animals, there is every shape and size of dog hair in my home, and keeping the fur and dander at bay feels like my part-time job. So, for its suction power alone, I'm thrilled with the Shark Rotator Lift-Away DuoClean Pro! It has so much more suction than my old vacuum (which was a "pet vacuum"). In fact, I have to be careful using it on rugs because they can get sucked up! There are so many reasons to love the Rotator. Assembly was super-simple, and the pieces snap together securely but release easily, too. The Rotator is easy to maneuver into tight corners and under furniture, and it sucks up everything in its path. I wasn't sure what “Self-Cleaning Brushroll” meant until I saw that hair does not get tangled around the brushroll at all! I'm used to having to clean off the brushroll myself, so I really appreciate this feature. The Lift-Away pod is amazing for stairs, furniture, even drapery; I was able to easily detach the pod on my first try. So simple! My carpet has never looked this clean, and my hardwood floors are spotless. The amount of fur and dirt in the canister after just one quick use is astounding (see photo). I've owned, and loved, other Shark vacuums but this one is extra-amazing. It comes with an array of attachments; I love the upholstery tool and the pet power brush. Dare I say it? The Shark Rotator makes vacuuming easy and fun!
