We bought this Shark at Sam's Club 2 days ago on sale for $ 220 . It is easy to use, quiet and sucked up a ton of dirt that our old sweeper had missed . The turbo brush is great on furniture as well . Great price on a great product !

This is probably my fifth vacuum in an attempt to find everything I need/desire. Stick vacuums batteries die before I can finish my house. Other brands labeled “pet” don't pick up litter. But this one hit the mark. I have the “baby sister” Shark and use it in our downstairs. This vacuum hits the mark for all the little things I disliked about the smaller version - much longer cord (I can almost do the whole upstairs without moving my plug where the other I had to move three times every time I used it) and the attachments are securely held in place. I love that the roller head is slightly lower than others to get under things more easily. I couldn't believe how much it picked up! It's great for the price.

I LOVED this vacuum! It was hands down the best one I've ever owned so you can imagine my extreme disappointment when just a few days over one month of purchasing it, the lights on the front just stopped working!!!!!!! I'll def get a replacement one but I'm hoping this was just some glitch to this one and that I don't have any issues with the replacement. Fingers crossed!

This is the best vacuum I have ever owned! We have a big family and LOTS of fur babies too. This picks up EVERYTHING!!! Cheerios and all cereal, socks, flour, pine pressed cat litter, hair, fur, carpet powder. It picks up perfectly on carpet, tile, and hardwood floors with NO/ZERO, kick back!! You don't have to chase anything around either, it doesn't complain. You can leave the brush on for carpet while vacuuming your hard floors and NOTHING will kick back at you. It has a swivel type head for great steering, the detach feature makes it lighter and easier to carry around the house and up stairs, it has a low clearance and gets under cabinets and other furniture easily, the long hose is perfect for fans, baseboards, behind appliances, walls, and ceilings, etc,. Really, this vacuum is an incredibly intuitive design. There is a side "door" if you suck up something too big which makes it easy to unclog. If you have messes big or small it truly does it all and I don't stress when messes are made anymore, it makes busy life SO MUCH easier!!

I am a firm believer that shark is better than dyson. We were long time shark owners and when our old one finally died (it had been many, many years) we needed a new one fast as we have 3 cats and 2 dogs. We bought a dyson vacuum cleaner as we heard so many good things, and we absolutely hated it. We came back to our tried and true shark and boy do I regret leaving. This vacuum pulls just about everything out and leaves our carpet looking so good. I will never buy another dyson. It is well worth the money.

This is great… when it works. Unfortunately I bought one and it stopped while I was using it. The lights would come on but that was all. Returned it and go another one and the same thing happened. I thought maybe it overheated, but it never worked again so I returned that one too. Neither one lasted 4 months. I loved it when it did work though.

We purchased this because of the ability to handle pet hair as advertised! However, after buying it and taking it home, we realized that you can't remove the canister to vacuum under the bed! If it doesn't have the option to do that, ITS USELESS! It's going back today! Well just keep cutting hair off the brush roll!

Love the vacuum. Got a crevice tool & hose end vac head with the Shark. Having trouble finding wand extension, brush and other small attachments that fit this machine. Wish Sam's offered these. Would use old Hoover attachments, but they don't have the same diameter.

This vacuum is awesome! I also have Shark navigator lift away that is 5-6 years old. I thought my old shark was great until I used this one! My living rug looked brand new and seemed to shine the first time I vacuumed with this Shark. It has the most powerful suction I have ever used in a vacuum before. The only downside is that it is slightly bottom heavy and almost cumbersome. It was a little bit difficult to maneuver. I am recovering from shattered patella so maybe that makes it so awkward.

Great suction and easy to use. Worth the cost and a good choice for this price range. The multi-directional head helps get into tough spots. However, it may not be best choice for those with wrist injuries or tendonitis in the arms, as it can strain your wrists/forearms when using for an extended period.
