I didn't realize I couldn't obtain additional accessories for this model, so as convenient as the lift away feature is, it's rather useless. I went to the manufacture's site and cannot order any essential cleaning accessories and tools like brushes and a small under furniture head. If you don't need your vacuum to clean anything other that the floor, it's a great vacuum, quite powerful. I have to buy an additional vacuum to meet the rest of my vacuuming needs.

It picks up dust and dirt very well, but opening the dust bin indoors is an exercise in futility. Take it outside to empty. This is our first bagless, and will be the last. The bags may be inconvenient to purchase, but at least once you vacuum something up, it stays vacuumed.

It was great at first, a few months later it won't stop over heating. I've dismantled it, watch YouTube videos on how to clean it, replaced filters and the suction is terrible. It over heats every 5 mins. I don't have small kids or animals so I know nothing is jammed. I'm really disappointed in shark. I've wanted one of their vacuums for years and it's been terrible.

I just read other reviews that said the same issue happened with other customers. Heated up and stopped working. Disappointed for a Shark product.

The suction is so good on all of my Surfaces in my home, I never ever have to turn it up even more than halfway! Works excellent. I wish the cord was longer. That's the only downside.

This is the best vacuum I've ever owned! I've owned an Oreck, a Hoover, a Eureka, a Dyson, a Bissell and a Roomba. The suction control is what makes this model better than the rest. I still love my Roomba but this Shark is 5*!

I love this vacuum. I had a Dyson and it was constantly clogging and not picking anything up. This is a powerful vacuum. I love the canister release with all the attachments. Blows away the Dyson.
