Very disappointed,wrong cut of beef for this sort of thing

Nice beef flavor but texture is too mushy. Makes a quick weeknight meal for basic protein needs, definitely would not feed 8 (servings in bag).

Disgusting! It looked weird when I opened it but decided to cook it in the butter to see if that would help, nope!! It was the most foul food!

The meat was extremely chewy & gummy.

TOO MUCH SALT. Tender meat. salt hides flavor.

Very dry texture was stringy

They are simple and delicious. I will buy them as a regular staple from here on in. I would even serve them for guests.

Not sure why but the seasoning or flavor was not liked in my house. We did not enjoy at all -- wound up throwing out 90% of it.

This was awful, odd texture, horrible aftertaste that is not beef!!! We threw it away it was so bad.
