I rarely leave reviews for food items because of so many different palates, but these bites are amazing! I prepared them in an air fryer, the recommended method, and they were so tender and tasty, very pleasant, not overpowering. Even reheated the next day in the microwave (I used a lower power setting), they were tender. My husband is extremely sensitive to spice and loved them. I will definitely buy these again.

Legit will be making this a reoccurring menu item in our house. SO EASY and SO GOOD. I had purchased them but it was one of those things that set in the fridge for a while because I was nervous it was going to be meh.... I was late on time one night and it was one of the only things we had that was going to be quick and easy. Not only did they smell amazing while they cooked, they were so good my mom is now obsessed with them as well. 10/10

I love these Beef Bites. I have made beef tips over noodle. Gravy and Beef Bites with mashed potatoes. They are so easy to use and are very useful for a quick meal. I would definitely buy them again.

Best Beef Bites ever. Super tender and perfectly flavored, and the melted butter makes this dish perfect. These Bites taste best with some mashed potatoes and creamed Spinach. If you are in a hurry these Beef Bites are perfect, if you don’t know how to cook, these Beef Bites are perfect. There is nothing else to add. All I can say is that I will eat them again tomorrow!

This is delicious and easy to prepare. Mix the flavored butter pouch with the medallions, throw it in the microwave for a few minutes and you’ve got yourself an easy meal. After eating a few nights, I froze the rest and was able to get several more meals. This will definitely be something I’ll be buying again!

These are so good, and so quick and easy to heat. I saw several reviews commenting about not being steak, and being too salty. I don't think the package says steak anywhere on it. They're not steak, they're beef bites, and it's clear on the label. As for the saltiness, I suppose that's probably coming from the butter, and you can definitely just add less and not use both packets. I love salty, so I add both packets and they're perfect. The meat texture is a little stringy, which reminds me of chuck roast after it's been in the crockpot all day.

I picked up Sam's Beef Bites expecting a gourmet, tender steak-bite experience, but they ended up being a bit of a mixed bag. The most noticeable issue was the texture. Instead of the thick, tender chunks shown on the packaging, the meat felt much more shredded and stringy. It lacked that satisfying "bite" you'd expect from premium beef, leaning more toward the consistency of a pot roast or a cheaper cut of brisket. The flavor profile was also a bit overwhelming. It is quite salty, even for a seasoned beef product. While there is a decent savory hit, the saltiness masks the natural beef flavor, making it feel less like a "gourmet" snack and more like a mass-produced processed one.

Without heating it up Meat was already overcooked and dried. It was extremely salty. Once garlic butter was added it became a bit better to eat. I wouldn't buy it again

The beef was very salty with the butter and not much better tasting without the butter. When you are reheating the beef already cooked, of course you get an overcooked texture. The liquid you see in the bowl is worchestershire sauce . I was trying to improve. Just grill your own steak! Very disappointing!

I thiguht the meat was too salty. Wont get again.
