This lightweight and handy steamer is great for tile, wood, and carpet. I am handicapped so I want my cleaning tools to be portable, light, and efficient. The Ture & Tidy Steam fits all my desired needs. It heats up quickly for those kitchen accidents. I enjoy the bendability of the swivel mop head allowing me to get under chairs and furniture edges. I would recommend that buyers purchase an additional filter when they buy their steam mop. Six months pass quickly, and you want to keep your steamer working at peak performance. I did purchase extra mop head pads. That was because I wanted to change the pad for each room. Many times, I need a pad to clean up after a sick cat.

I purchased the steam mop -500 a few months ago because I went from having all carpet and moved to a space with hard surface flooring. I knew I wanted to make sure the floors stayed nice and clean. Not only does this product clean but disinfects and reduces mold. I like that I can change and wash the paddings and they not hold an odor that a standard mop would. It is simple to use and very much effective. Small and doesn't take up a lot of space. The swivel is one of the best features!! You can also use this product on carpet. I have a low pile area rug.. Come Winter season, I'm looking forward to seeing what my little "assistant" can do.

I purchased the True & Tidy steamer after searching and searching for something lightweight! This steamer is the one! It heats quickly and has a control knob for level of heat (depending on your floor). I have used it on vinyl and wood! The floor pads are easy to attach and remove! The last steamer I had was nearly impossible to deal with when replacing the pads! This steamer is wonderful and I was so happy with it that I bought another one for my daughter! However, I would say this is the only thing I would need it for it's easy to use however, I don't think I need another product while trying to clean my tile and did not clean as well. The only thing it did was steam.

Every time that I use my True & Tidy Steam Mop, the floors in my house look amazing and smell so clean and fresh! It is lightweight, really simple to use and my floors look gorgeous and smell so clean after I use it. The pads are washable, too which I love- no disposables to have to buy or landfill waste!

Bought the True & Tidy Steam Mop almost a year ago and I love the way it cleans our ceramic tiles. The large tank holds enough water to mop three rooms. The steam is ready in less than 30 seconds and the mop head is washable. It is light and easy to use. I have called customer service several times to ask questions and order new filters. They also sent me a replacement water tank when mine cracked. Customer service has always either answered when I called or contacted me by email if I left a voicemail. I trust the True & Tidy company for my steam mop and I'm sure they back their other products the same.

It did a great job cleaning my hardwood floors. The container that you put water in does come out to fill it with water. It also came with a extra pad to clean with. Very easy to put together. You won't be disappointed with this steam mop. Oh my labordoodle love it to.

This steam mop changed the game for me. I absolutely love using it - takes no time and my floors are so much cleaner than using my old mop. Unfortunately, my steam mop stopped heating up. I contacted customer service and received really fast support with some recommendations to troubleshoot the issue. After following the recommendations, the mop still did not heat up, but True & Tidy offered to send a replacement. Very grateful for that because I can't go back to regular mopping ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was so easy to move it across floor - each time you push it forward it releases lots of hot steam all the way up, and as you come back the pad cleans the floor while absorbing any moisture. Floor was walkable within seconds, fully walkable in about 5 mins. LOVE IT! I love how it stands upright! It's so convenient as I don't have to lean it against the wall. I recommend this.

Can be used on multiple surfaces. Heats up fast and I love that it kills almost all bacteria. Definitely one of the best mops I have had. Would definitely recommend this product!!!!
