[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this steam mop a few days ago. Easy to assemble, clear directions. Used it today on vinyl floors. Pads are washable, huge plus! The water gets nice and hot. The triangle shape goes great getting into corners. If you have some messes that need a bit more than steam, spraying a bit of cleaner would be the way to go, plus that leaves a nice clean smell.

I add a cleaning solution that smells good so my house can smell great. This is nice and I would definitely recommend

I purchased the STM-500 to replace our mop. What a marvelous decision this was. I have a broken back and multiple surgeries. Mopping was a difficult chore. The steam mop is lightweight. The design is very easy to maneuver when cleaning. I like that I can adjust the steam level for tile, wood, and carpet. The best part is that the steamer uses water and no nasty chemicals. I recommend this steamer. I purchased it as a gift for my best friend in April.

Bought the True & Tidy Steam Mop almost a year ago and I love the way it cleans our ceramic tiles. The large tank holds enough water to mop three rooms. The steam is ready in less than 30 seconds and the mop head is washable. It is light and easy to use. I have called customer service several times to ask questions and order new filters. They also sent me a replacement water tank when mine cracked. Customer service has always either answered when I called or contacted me by email if I left a voicemail. I trust the True & Tidy company for my steam mop and I'm sure they back their other products the same.

I had a True and Tidy that finally wore out. Because I liked it so well, I purchased another one. I love the triangular mop head and you can't get much easier to use. While I was waiting for my new mop to arrive, my neighbor insisted I use hers. I found out then, all steamers are not created equal - hers was much more difficult to use and did not clean as well as my True and Tidy.

Can be used on multiple surfaces. Heats up fast and I love that it kills almost all bacteria. Definitely one of the best mops I have had. Would definitely recommend this product!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this a few weeks ago and my floors are looking great. I like that I can use this on all my floor surfaces. It does not work on unsealed floors. The cord is a good size at 20 feet. It comes with 2 triangle mop pads. 30 seconds to heat up and it has adjustable steam settings. I can use tap water which is really nice. Cleans fast and easy to clean after use.

It's lightweight and durable, and works exceptionally well on hardwood floors and carpet. With this steam mop, I really love that it has a triangle swivel mop head, making it extremely easy to maneuver and clean around furniture. I have had other steam mops, but this one is by far one of the best. I would highly recommend it.

The unit is easy to assemble and the long cord along with the generous water tank enable me to clean several floors at once. The water heats quickly and the mop glides over my ceramic vinyl flooring effortlessly. I really like the design and 360° swivel of the mop head. It makes it so much easier getting into corners and tight spaces. My favorite feature of this steam mop is the mop pad. It is very thick and actually picks up and contains the dirt off my floors. I never feel like I am just moving the dirt and grime around. This mop gets my floors super clean without any residue.
