We have 3 animals so lots of hair and are currently doing renovations on our backyard so a lot of dirt is being tracked in. I've used the mop a few times now, the first time it made an awful humming sounds the entire time I was using it but since it hasn't made that noise again. I just put water in the tank as it says to do, the steam that comes out is quite inconsistent. We have luxury vinyl planks floors in our kitchen and entry, the tank lasted well beyond cleaning them once. The floors looked great as I was steam moping them but then once they dried they just looked very dull and didn't seem clean. The mop has a very long cord, and comes with an additional mop pad. I may try again with something other than water in the tank to see if I get any better results, but as for now I am still deciding.

My old mop didn't really do its job, so I did some research and found this mop. It's amazing! I never have to use harsh chemicals like bleach or Pine Sol to get a clean floor. I would highly recommend this product to everyone!

However, I would say this is the only thing I would need it for it's easy to use however, I don't think I need another product while trying to clean my tile and did not clean as well. The only thing it did was steam.

This steam mop changed the game for me. I absolutely love using it - takes no time and my floors are so much cleaner than using my old mop. Unfortunately, my steam mop stopped heating up. I contacted customer service and received really fast support with some recommendations to troubleshoot the issue. After following the recommendations, the mop still did not heat up, but True & Tidy offered to send a replacement. Very grateful for that because I can't go back to regular mopping ever!

Can be used on multiple surfaces. Heats up fast and I love that it kills almost all bacteria. Definitely one of the best mops I have had. Would definitely recommend this product!!!!

Just fill it with water, adjust the dial to desired steam output and you're ready to go! Love that it heats up quickly and cleans/sanitizes my floors perfectly. The triangular head shape allows for cleaning corners well. Mop pad not as thick as expected but works fine. I'm very happy with how easy it is to use. Great product and definitely would recommend!

The unit is easy to assemble and the long cord along with the generous water tank enable me to clean several floors at once. The water heats quickly and the mop glides over my ceramic vinyl flooring effortlessly. I really like the design and 360° swivel of the mop head. It makes it so much easier getting into corners and tight spaces. My favorite feature of this steam mop is the mop pad. It is very thick and actually picks up and contains the dirt off my floors. I never feel like I am just moving the dirt and grime around. This mop gets my floors super clean without any residue.

This steam mop is super easy to use and heats up in seconds! I love the convenience of a lightweight mop for quick cleanups where I don't have to drag out the heavy steam cleaner. The pad is attached with velcro so I simply remove and throw in washer. Couldn't be easier!
