Very durable. Easy to use. Easy clean--only have to use once --no need to go over floors a 2nd time. Easy to put together. Worked well on carpet & on tile floors. No chemicals are needed to kill germs/bacteria or viruses. You can use regular water instead of distilled water. [saves money/ time]. One fill up of water was enough to do all of my rooms. Great for bathrooms/sick rooms. I would recommend this product not only to a friend but to anybody that wants clean disinfected floors

I have a Pergo flooring. I love it, but using Bona not good enough, so I decided to try an easy to handle Steam Mop. Works perfectly on my flooring and yes, finally..;; the clean I like !!!!

Like it a lot on wood and linoleum.

The first time I used this it didn't seem to do a good job. The second time I used it I detached the carpet glider and it worked a bit better. The handle is supposed to snap together but it kept coming apart so I duc taped it. For the price it's ok...

True & Tidy STM-500 Heavy-Duty Steam Mop worked for the first time. The second time the steam did not work. We have not contacted the manufacturer yet but intend to do so.

Don't buy not enough steam

Never got this to emit steam. Took it apart several times, assuring no obstruction. Referred to troubleshooting which was unhelpful. Contacted manufacturer. Still waiting for the help they committed to. Returned the mop to the store.

I never got a chance to actually used the True & Tidy STM-500 Heavy-Duty Steam Mop because I ordered a new mop but clearly received a used one. I quickly returned it and purchased a different brand elsewhere.

My initial purchase the cup was wet…the replacement didn't gave any pads in it.

Returned product to store. I felt it was very flimsy and steam hardly came out.
