Was so excited for this but half the parts were already damaged before even putting together. Water tank leaked so fast it barely held water long enough to get steam.

First class steamer. Chemical free, lightweight and powerful. Really does a fantastic job cleaning the floors. Great maneuverability. Easy to get under cabinets and in corners. Love it.

This is the 3rd steam mop I have purchased. The first two were NOT a Salav True & Tidy mop. By far the True and Tidy (STM-500 Model) far exceeds the previous ones I had. I truly love it and would recommend to anyone looking for a steam mop. Steam mops just work so much better than any traditional mop. I did purchase extra cleaning pads and since they are washable, I use them over and over again.
