I love this thing. It's lightweight. The chord is long enough so I don't have to reconnect when I go into another room. Leaves no streaks behind.

I am 82 and I do the floors in our home. We have tile and laminated flooring throughout our house. I loved it so much that I let two of my neighbors use and they ordered theirs.

My only wish is that it would have an attachment that you could steam other items.....like counter tops etc., but other then that.......I'm very happy with it. Heats quick, no leakage and cleans really well.

I love that it has an on/off switch and you can adjust the amount of steam. Very light weight and cord length is great. My only complaint would be my laminate floors look streaky and cloudy

Easy to assemble and store . Great price. I just wanted something to clean my wood kitchen floor quickly and do a great job. Did not notice any streaking as some reviewers had mentioned

It didn't work. Open the box & put it to together to find it not working. Already contacted the manufacture and waiting for a reply. I wanted to return it back to store but knew they would say contact manufactured get a replace instead of returning it and getting my money back to order another one.

My last steam mop died about a year ago and I have been using a Swiffer wet jet regularly. I couldn't believe the dirt and grime this thing got up! My floors looked clean but were filthy and I didn't even know it! Only drawback is I don't like the fact that you can't get into tight spaces and corners and it has to re-heat every time you unplug it to move to a different area.

the mop dumps water out, very little steam even on max setting , i just wasted my money , i researched and looked at reviews i am soooo disappointed

First class steamer. Chemical free, lightweight and powerful. Really does a fantastic job cleaning the floors. Great maneuverability. Easy to get under cabinets and in corners. Love it.
