It's easy to change the pad so after a few uses I remove and wash it. It comes with 2 so you can alternate them. I really recommend this mop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it several times and it is the best, it leaves my floor very clean and it looks excellent on the wood, the only thing that I do not like is that it leaves the floor very wet and you need to pass the dry steam to make it perfect. But favorable results.

This steam mop is super easy to use and heats up in seconds! I love the convenience of a lightweight mop for quick cleanups where I don't have to drag out the heavy steam cleaner. The pad is attached with velcro so I simply remove and throw in washer. Couldn't be easier!

It's easy to use and you just pop the pads in the washer, hassle free. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. It really does a great job of scrubbing my floors and does it quickly. It gets stains and other messes clean. I love the feel and shine of my floors when I finish using this steam mop.

I bought this steamer for our new house with ceramic tiles. It works great and leaves the tiles fresh and clean! The reusable mop heads are convenient to use and just drop in the laundry to clean. We have two so we always have a clean one ready to go. I like that no chemicals are necessary. I just fill the water tank with tap water and within 30 seconds, the steamer is ready for action!

It did a great job cleaning my hardwood floors. The container that you put water in does come out to fill it with water. It also came with a extra pad to clean with. Very easy to put together. You won't be disappointed with this steam mop. Oh my labordoodle love it to.

I purchased the steam mop -500 a few months ago because I went from having all carpet and moved to a space with hard surface flooring. I knew I wanted to make sure the floors stayed nice and clean. Not only does this product clean but disinfects and reduces mold. I like that I can change and wash the paddings and they not hold an odor that a standard mop would. It is simple to use and very much effective. Small and doesn't take up a lot of space. The swivel is one of the best features!! You can also use this product on carpet. I have a low pile area rug.. Come Winter season, I'm looking forward to seeing what my little "assistant" can do.

The Ture & Tidy Steam fits all my desired needs. It heats up quickly for those kitchen accidents. I enjoy the bendability of the swivel mop head allowing me to get under chairs and furniture edges. I would recommend that buyers purchase an additional filter when they buy their steam mop. Six months pass quickly, and you want to keep your steamer working at peak performance. I did purchase extra mop head pads. That was because I wanted to change the pad for each room. Many times, I need a pad to clean up after a sick cat.
