I have always been so frustrated with conventional mops; I always felt like I got too much water everywhere, it took forever for the floor to dry, and then I had dirty water I had to toss. This mop fixes all those issues! I love how easy it is to load the water, it heats up quick, and I can just throw the mop head in the wash when I am done. Because its a steam mop, it dries so fast! When I first bought it, I immediately used it on a couple dark spots that my other mop could never clean, and the steam mop worked on it!

I purchased the steam mop -500 a few months ago because I went from having all carpet and moved to a space with hard surface flooring. I knew I wanted to make sure the floors stayed nice and clean. Not only does this product clean but disinfects and reduces mold. I like that I can change and wash the paddings and they not hold an odor that a standard mop would. It is simple to use and very much effective. Small and doesn't take up a lot of space. The swivel is one of the best features!! You can also use this product on carpet. I have a low pile area rug.. Come Winter season, I'm looking forward to seeing what my little "assistant" can do.

It's lightweight and durable, and works exceptionally well on hardwood floors and carpet. With this steam mop, I really love that it has a triangle swivel mop head, making it extremely easy to maneuver and clean around furniture. I have had other steam mops, but this one is by far one of the best. I would highly recommend it.

Can be used on multiple surfaces. Heats up fast and I love that it kills almost all bacteria. Definitely one of the best mops I have had. Would definitely recommend this product!!!!

Just fill it with water, adjust the dial to desired steam output and you're ready to go! Love that it heats up quickly and cleans/sanitizes my floors perfectly. The triangular head shape allows for cleaning corners well. Mop pad not as thick as expected but works fine. I'm very happy with how easy it is to use. Great product and definitely would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it several times and it is the best, it leaves my floor very clean and it looks excellent on the wood, the only thing that I do not like is that it leaves the floor very wet and you need to pass the dry steam to make it perfect. But favorable results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never used a steam mop before, so I was curious about the efficiency. Packing was very cheap, and material is very plastic and cheap. The spring for the handle fell inside the the handle and I had to unscrew 8 pieces to fix it so it would attach to the unit. Overall, dirt only showed up on small areas of the mop, meaning the mop pad was not absorbing dirt everywhere like it should have.

This steam mop is super easy to use and heats up in seconds! I love the convenience of a lightweight mop for quick cleanups where I don't have to drag out the heavy steam cleaner. The pad is attached with velcro so I simply remove and throw in washer. Couldn't be easier!
