I assembled everything exactly as referenced in the instruction manual but the mop never released steam. It appears there's some sort of blockage in either the cap of the water tank or the filter that prevents the water from ever reaching the bottom. After having the mop powered on for a few minutes with no steam, it started making a terrible noise. I disconnected it and will be returning. Very low quality product. I will be returning it immediately

Love my steam mop! Easy to assemble & use. This is better then my other one. Glad I replaced this one with my old one.

However, I would say this is the only thing I would need it for it's easy to use however, I don't think I need another product while trying to clean my tile and did not clean as well. The only thing it did was steam.

This steam mop changed the game for me. I absolutely love using it - takes no time and my floors are so much cleaner than using my old mop. Unfortunately, my steam mop stopped heating up. I contacted customer service and received really fast support with some recommendations to troubleshoot the issue. After following the recommendations, the mop still did not heat up, but True & Tidy offered to send a replacement. Very grateful for that because I can't go back to regular mopping ever!

My old mop didn't really do its job, so I did some research and found this mop. It's amazing! I never have to use harsh chemicals like bleach or Pine Sol to get a clean floor. I would highly recommend this product to everyone!
