For the money this is a great product

Sturdy equipment ,easy to use ,floor feels clean

Loved my steam mop, wish it had a longer cord or ran on batteries.

Now I don't have to worry about burning my clothes by steaming it

Used it one time and it worked,plugged in to use again,wouldn't heat up. I dont recommend to buy this product

This was a birthday/housewarming gift from my mom and me & my fiance love it. He won't clean much but he loves & volunteers to steam mop our floors lol It's definitely gonna come in handy now that we just recently adopted a puppy
