I have used this 4 times and every time I do it leaves horrible streaks from start to finish. Just mopping looks 3738 times better!

Received this item for a wedding gift and have been enjoying it so far. Very easy to use and does a great job. Add a little essential oil and your home will end up smelling and feeling fresh.

The steam mop works as expected. I had an issue with it right out of the box and the machine not priming the water into the system. I left the water tank sit in it overnight and it finally primed and has worked great ever since.

My husband got this mop through his work and I'm so glad he did. We have a 1 year old baby, a dog and a crazy cat. This cleans up the messes from all three of them. I love this mop so much that I bought one for my mom who is a senior citizen.

I selected this because I needed something lightweight that would be easy to handle for an elderly person. This works perfectly and very easy to use. Does a great job on tile and wood type flooring.

I bought this steam mop the handle wouldn't fit into the pole I sent the pictures that were needed and within 5 days I had my replacement handle and pole !!! Now I am steaming my floors … thank you so much True & Tidy!
