It is an amazing product we had bedbugs and this Steam Mop is so powerful it killed all the eggs and killed all the bedbugs it makes my floors shine I love this product I highly recommend it will be buying for my children

I bought this steam mop the handle wouldn't fit into the pole I sent the pictures that were needed and within 5 days I had my replacement handle and pole !!! Now I am steaming my floors … thank you so much True & Tidy!
