I'm glad I bought this! This machine has made it easier for me to do mopping than the manual one and easier and better on my back. 360 degree swivel is the feature I love the most. It can get to almost every corners, under the couches and tv stands without having to bend over too much. 20ft cord is long enough to go around between living room and the kitchen. 30 seconds heat up time and it comes with 2 microfiber mop pads I can easily switch up after mopping one room to another. Will definitely recommend this product.

Just fill it with water, adjust the dial to desired steam output and you're ready to go! Love that it heats up quickly and cleans/sanitizes my floors perfectly. The triangular head shape allows for cleaning corners well. Mop pad not as thick as expected but works fine. I'm very happy with how easy it is to use. Great product and definitely would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it several times and it is the best, it leaves my floor very clean and it looks excellent on the wood, the only thing that I do not like is that it leaves the floor very wet and you need to pass the dry steam to make it perfect. But favorable results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't made my mind up yet as to if I like the steam mop or not. We have 3 animals so lots of hair and are currently doing renovations on our backyard so a lot of dirt is being tracked in. I've used the mop a few times now, the first time it made an awful humming sounds the entire time I was using it but since it hasn't made that noise again. I just put water in the tank as it says to do, the steam that comes out is quite inconsistent. We have luxury vinyl planks floors in our kitchen and entry, the tank lasted well beyond cleaning them once. The floors looked great as I was steam moping them but then once they dried they just looked very dull and didn't seem clean. The mop has a very long cord, and comes with an additional mop pad. I may try again with something other than water in the tank to see if I get any better results, but as for now I am still deciding.
