[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was so easy to move it across floor - each time you push it forward it releases lots of hot steam all the way up, and as you come back the pad cleans the floor while absorbing any moisture. Floor was walkable within seconds, fully walkable in about 5 mins. LOVE IT! I love how it stands upright! It's so convenient as I don't have to lean it against the wall. I recommend this.

I love this mop! I can steam clean all kinds of flooring. I have a rug, hardwood and tile and there are features to clean all. I can add my own essential oils and my home smells great while sanitizing my floors. It's also environmentally friendly because the pads can be cleaned and reused.

Every time that I use my True & Tidy Steam Mop, the floors in my house look amazing and smell so clean and fresh! It is lightweight, really simple to use and my floors look gorgeous and smell so clean after I use it. The pads are washable, too which I love- no disposables to have to buy or landfill waste!

I'm glad I bought this! This machine has made it easier for me to do mopping than the manual one and easier and better on my back. 360 degree swivel is the feature I love the most. It can get to almost every corners, under the couches and tv stands without having to bend over too much. 20ft cord is long enough to go around between living room and the kitchen. 30 seconds heat up time and it comes with 2 microfiber mop pads I can easily switch up after mopping one room to another. Will definitely recommend this product.

This lightweight and handy steamer is great for tile, wood, and carpet. I am handicapped so I want my cleaning tools to be portable, light, and efficient. The Ture & Tidy Steam fits all my desired needs. It heats up quickly for those kitchen accidents. I enjoy the bendability of the swivel mop head allowing me to get under chairs and furniture edges. I would recommend that buyers purchase an additional filter when they buy their steam mop. Six months pass quickly, and you want to keep your steamer working at peak performance. I did purchase extra mop head pads. That was because I wanted to change the pad for each room. Many times, I need a pad to clean up after a sick cat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to use on my mother in law's tile floors . It's lightweight, easy to use . I had to go over her floors couple times but not cause the machine . I used it on my floors & only needed to go over my floors one time.

I purchased the True & Tidy steamer after searching and searching for something lightweight! This steamer is the one! It heats quickly and has a control knob for level of heat (depending on your floor). I have used it on vinyl and wood! The floor pads are easy to attach and remove! The last steamer I had was nearly impossible to deal with when replacing the pads! This steamer is wonderful and I was so happy with it that I bought another one for my daughter!
