I bought tires at good prices (Black Friday Deal). A little over a year later I needed to replace one. It literally took a week just for a replacement tire to arrive. At that point the nearest appointment they had was 2-3 weeks into the future. The staff there is grossly under paid so very unhelpful. It was an absolutely horrible experience. I suggest going literally anywhere else and paying a little more money to actually get a new tire installed immediately.

The crew at Memorial & Penn in OKC are efficient and professional. Whether it is a new set of tires or just a balance and rotate, they get the job done, usually exceeding expectations. I have bought 4 sets of tires for two different vehicles here over the past 3 years, and they always do a great job. If they didn't, I would have went elsewhere. They even replaced a full set of lug nuts I had brought them since the OEM Ford Chrome Lug Nuts were swelling. The provided lug nuts were replaced during a balance and rotate, free of charge with this tire installation package. Great experience, great service. Keep up the good work!

This was my first time getting tires from Sam's Club and I was very happy with the entire experience. I placed my order online and then received an email once the tires arrived. Called to schedule for the next available appointment to get them installed. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. I was able to schedule my appointment a few days later. Arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, checked in, and then went to eat a famous hot dog combo and chocolate yogurt. By the time I was done my new tires were installed and I was ready to go. The tire technicians did a great job and were very friendly. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend. ONE Improvement I would like to see from Sam's Club would be reserved parking spots for the tire center close to that side of the club. It would make it much easier for everyone ( club member and tire technicians) to find your car when dropping it off and picking it up.

The tire price was lower than others in my area but they are unable to address any Tire Pressure Sensor Module (TPMS) issues. TPMS is a standard. Every tire had a significantly different tire pressure when I checked that evening. Ranged from 34-47 pounds - not safe, not what the label on the door says. Balancing was good. No damage.

The lift that was at the club I went to was a joke if you are going to sell tires and install them make sure that you have a lift that have adjustable arm to be able to pinch points for any basic vehicle. I could understand if vehicle was modified but it was not so this should be fix or don't sell tires if you can't install them.

I had all 4 tires installedy, ran into issues with my valve stem/tire sensor and losing air. Spoke with Gerald, he was super helpful and got everything taken care of. I really appreciate the ease if getting it resolved and on my way. Great service center and helpful staff!!!

Sam's damaged my cars valve stem core and installed my tire with a cheap valve stem with no tire presure sensor my car had inside wheel. I spent $52.00 on a new valve stem and sensor part at the dealer. Took new valve stem put it on old sensor and sams installed it off the books no paperwork involved . Manager refused to pay me for the dealership part that they damaged. Manager claimed my Factory ALUMINUM valve stem core was corroded.

I ordered the tires online and at the end of purchase it came up with a schedule installation form. I scheduled installation and went to my Sam's Club on the scheduled date, as I was notified the tires were in. Only three tires were delivered. I also was told I should not have scheduled installation online, as they don't know their schedule and book multiple people for the same time. I made the second appointment in person. My appointment was 3PM, my car went in at 4:30, out at 6PM. My Sam's is short staffed, it's not their fault it took so long as it's really hard to find workers. I like getting tires at Sam's because you get more for your money. Road hazard is a real plus.

I own a Grand Cherokee with air ride suspension and the vehicle must be set to "jack mode" to avoid damage. I told the tech that when I dropped it off. They should know that anyway!! When picking up the vehicle it was in lift mode! Totally different setting and pray I don't have issues because its very expensive to fix. The Blizzak tires are the best winter tires and I'll keep buying them. But, I'm going elsewhere next time.

i had an appointment on 6/7 with my truck for 4 tires. The techs didn't perform all the duties as listed on the tire mounting service. i specifically asked if they reset tire pressure sensors as i have had a light on forever, guy at the counter said yes. The webpage lists it as part of the tire mounting. well when i picked up a different guy at the counter said no. i asked if they could pull it in and he said it would be an additional $20. i was so mad i just left with my wife. now ill have to pay someone else at another location to reset those. tires look good but the service is the worst. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THEN GROCERIES.
