Didn't call when my tires came in, Didn't call when the install was complete, and didn't save the one tire I wanted to keep.

All was well until my tire went flat. I had to take it to a nearby shop that charged me to replace it. I was advised that none were replaced.

Tire installation the second appointment went very well. Was completed on time and the price was economical.

They caused $138 of damage to my right-rear wheel. Cross threaded a wheel stud and ruined 3 lug nuts.

Their shop was not able to lift my SUV because their equipment was outdated. They had to refund my money and I had to got to another store to buy my tires, which ended costing me more money. This is very poor service on Sams club part.

Loud noise coming from the tires. Took it back and they said there was nothing they could do for me, even though they said I had 30 days to turn them back in. It’s not like I wasn’t going to buy more tires that were about $200 more.

Tires had tread separate after 50,000 miles. This was 2 of 4 tires purchased. That batch should be recalled. I wrote to Perelli who called me but was of no help. I wrote again after the 2nd tire failed again. Still waiting…..

I had an Appt, and yes I was there a little longer than expected but they did an excellent job. I have no complaints what so ever. My Sams is on 83rd Ave and McDowell Rd PHOENIX AZ

Used this service twice. The first time all worked well, the second time they damaged one tire bolt and cost me $100 to get it repaired in an auto shop. You might keep this uncertainty in mind when comparing offers.

On Sunday, 7/28/24 I had some issues using my temporary line of credit to purchase a set of new tires in store. Was assisted by Prescilla-store manager. After several attempts at tire center, she made another attempt at the customer service desk to help me purchase my tires. Unfortunately the glitch continued and the system continuously asked for my driver license ID which was already in the system. Prescilla then made a phone call to a representative to further assist with the issue. Although the issue could not be resolved, Prescilla's level of customer service was exemplary. This is the type of customer service that makes me want to continue to shop at this location. I was able to place my order online once I returned home. Tires were installed on Tuesday, 7/30/24. Very satisfied.
